Sorry, it is a privilege. I'm assuming you haven't been on here very long because that is stated over and over again. None of us USCs had a right to bring our non-USC loved ones here. It is a privilege. I suggest you make this statement in the general immigration section and see how quickly you get shot down.

Please tell me where you read that vaccines have had nothing to do with reducing human mortality and misery. If you've "looked into it," perhaps you could share your deep research.

Thank you for bringing up Ft. Detrick.  I was sworn to never speak of this, and never have.  But since you mention it... I am well aware of that which ye speak.  And you are not wrong.

Dr Richard Flemming, in this interview, mentions that he was asked to do some work for Ft Detrick, which he turned down.

I would suggest that everyone watch this interview, especially those who think that all the information they need can be found by watching TV.

What part of the Constitution,  guarantees the right of USC to bring a non USC to this country?

I'm not talking about a non USC I'm talking about a citizen's spouse.  For one, the 10th Amendment. The federal government was not given the privilege  to discriminate against your wife, for instance, in the Constitution. Therefore they do not have it! It is a right reserved for, you the citizen. The government can't just 'say' they have that as a right... The government can not take it upon themselves to get involved with your family. And the 10th Amendment affirms this.

In the USA, proof of guilt must be the burden of the accuser. The government must first have some kind of proof that a man's wife is guilty of something that she should live in exile from her citizen husband. There are several Amendments in the Bill of Rights which cover this.

Just the way you phrased that question tells me that you don't understand the Constitution. The government has no rights that are not specifically spelled out for it.

The fact that it is not mentioned in the Constitution that government could prevent a citizen's spouse from living in the country with him is the proof that it does not have a right or privilege to do so. That is a Right which remains with the citizen.

Again I suggest you ask in the General Immigration forum whether immigration to the US is a right or a privilege. Or maybe in General Polls. There is nothing I know of in the US Constitution that provides a right to US citizens' family members to enter the US. We have a right to file a petition on their behalf, which USCIS has no obligation to approve. Look at VJ -- plenty of people don't get their visas.

As they say....if you don't know that you have Rights...then you don't have them.

  5. We the People need to lobby Congress to change immigration policy.

The virus was concocted from Sars cells supplied by  Ft Detrick. Taken to L3 Biolab in U of N Carolina and worked with to produce 'gain of function' . Chinese from Wuhan came to the lab and paid to participate. 4 more viruses including the HIV virus were injected into the new chimera virus. The injector sites are clearly seen in the coronavirus when examined. Covid is a chimera of viruses. The original Sars of 20 years ago was also created by the USA. We made Sars. Patent applications go back 20 years. Fauci and the CDC tried several times to patent these virus and eventually were successful. The name 'covid 19' had already been used on paperwork a year or two before the covid 19 outbreak and it was in 2020 supposedly renamed from 'coronavirus' to 'covid 19'. It already had that name despite what the MSM told you.

They had also been working on vaccines for this for 20 years too. Israel admitted that they already 'coincidentally' had one ready. The mRNA tech was being played with for almost as long but they could never use it in humans because they didn't know how to stop it from killing the animals in the tests. Basically, they skipped further animal testing and started to test it on humans in 2020. One or two human test volunteers died but they said it was coincidence and a couple others became paralyzed but the news of that was is no longer talked about. Employees of the drug companies have said that the people who take these vaccines are the Test Subjects now.  But the researchers and developers back in 2012 at the U of Texas in their papers, never said these were 'vaccinines'. They rightly referred to them as "gene therapy". Even the man who is responsible for mRNA technology, Dr Robert Malone, is against these injections. Especially in people under 30 or so.

None of the these vaccines are actually tested though. Not even the yearly flu vaccines. The reason for that is that they DON'T really use a Control Group. The control is not given a simple saline solution. It is given the identical vaccine with all the adjuvants but without the virus particles. So, any damage done by the adjuvants and solutions is never taken into account. And that is by design. The covid vaxx is not even tested on pregnant women yet governments are using coersion to force vaxx the world. Oh...what could go wrong.

I suggest you look further into the US history and constitution and learn how to read my posts. I'm not here to show you things that you have probably ignored for years. I've made the statements you check them.

Obviously 99 % of the mask types and how they are put on do not provide 100% protection, but they reduce risks.  Reducing transmission rates are the goal.

The science proves that and the common sense of not having someones spittle broadcast to everyone in a pandemic is obvious, but not obvious enough I guess.

So back to the question, if the goal is to filter out virus laden moist droplets which the masks have shown to help, why are you debating filters for the virus alone and airborne, which never happens?

Actually,    ... Wearing facemasks not only is useless in preventing the spread of virus' but leads to another whole set of health problems. According to a dozen or so studies done on the subject between 1990 and early 2020.

They aren't forced. If they don't want them they don't have to come here. If you don't want to go to school don't take them. If you don't want them don't join the military.

Vaccines have saved millions of lives and eradicated many terrible diseases from the planet.

Yes let's bring back small pox.  I know my rights.

It's a Right for a citizen to bring his family home with him, not a privilege. Regardless of policy! Big Government has the PROVE that you should lose that Right before they can deny your spouse to accompany you back home, according to the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The Founding Fathers are rolling in their graves about now, at the Rights people have thrown away.

Smallpox and all other diseases were already waning when the vaccines came out. People who repeat the old wives tales that "vaccines saved us" simply haven't looked into this.  Sanitation, clean water and the human immune system ended these diseases.

When the FDA approves it, will that be good enough finally or will there be another new excuse?

Yes...of course there will be ...because the time normally required to conduct thorough safety on a new medical implant , procedure, drug, gene therapy etc amounts to at minimum 5 years. Something like this mRNA gene therapy (as it is named by the very developers themselves) which is not even a vaccine, requires decades.......even though we are already seeing about 12,000 deaths so far reported directly after taking a covid injection along with 500,000 injuries, most of them very serious reported to the official reporting site VAERS.  Given that the CDC has said that likely only 1% of injuries are even reported to VAERS, that figure of people who have been killed by VAXX could be immensely higher.  The Swine Flu vaxx of 1976 was pulled after about only 26 dead reported. There is waaaay more than enough reasons to pull all of these covid clot-shots ...6 months ago!

If the FDA approves this mRNA jab (a jab which even the inventor of mRNA jab technology, Dr Robert Malone, says is dangerous) then we can be assured that the FDA has another agenda besides "safety" in its mind, and there will be MEGA LAWSUITS and big lawsuits on the immigration fronts as well.

  10. What is the procedure? I managed to get my wife safely immigrated into the USA 2008 but just during the Conditions of Residency removal, in 2010, we left the USA. She never made it to her Biometrics Interview before leaving. It's been 4 and a half years since she was in the US as we have been in living abroad in two other countries during that time. We were back in Russia where she first emmigrated from and in Australia. So, now we are thinking it is time to settle down back in the USA.

I am assuming her Green Card is useless by now. The last correspondance I had with US Immi was them telling her that she had missed her Biometrics appointment and to make another within a certain time and me writing back saying that we were out of the country and can't make it. I never heard back from them. They have written but I never saw it.

So, if I want to bring her back to the US where do I start from. Who do I write to? Can I start the process from where we left off?

If I have to start at the beginning will it be easier for us since she has already been granted a Green Card and have been married now for even longer which is now 7 1/2 years?

We are in Australia right now. Would it make any difference or be better if we apply while still in Australia.... because she may have to go back to Russia for a bit while I return to the USA?
So will it make any difference which country we are in when I apply for her?

If it's all the same, I may just return to USA alone and apply from there while she returns to Russia. That way I can be settled in and working and maybe it will look better.

  11. We are abroad while trying to remove the conditions and get the permanent green card. We have been relying on a relative to forward our mail to us but somehow the letter to inform us of the date for the Biometrics Interview did not arrive until a month after the interview was to take place. So we obviously did not arrange to be in the US for the interview. The letter states that if we miss the interview they will consider our case abandoned. Any suggestion on how to reinstate this process?

  12. Ok I am using my Mum who makes plenty of money, as a joint sponsor, because I have been living overseas making next to nothing. So my wages are not even worth putting down. Not only that I don't even know how much I made and there is no way to estimate it. So what should I put on Line 23? Are they even going to look at my 864, since they will have to use the form I 864 that my mom is filling out? Should I just make a wild guess at some token figure?

But before that question is question 8.

Do I check the box next to "I am sponsoring the principle immigrant..." and then check "yes"?

    Its a bit confusing!
