  1. EB2-NIW. Very basic questions: only 1 question related to job - "what is your job/research?"
  2. We did our interview yesterday, and it was approved. My timeline is in my profile, and I don't have access to the spreadsheet. It was a simple, no-hassle process, so nothing to sweat about. The most important thing is to have all the required documents and copies. The process and questions are exactly as described in many posts on this forum. Some call-outs: Nigerian-Canadian dual citizen The document checker asked for the approved i797, but thankfully, we had it We didn't redo expired police certificates for other countries where we lived, but never revisited
  3. @AJSin1: Did you have to do any document upload into your CEAC online portal after you received your Interview Letter? I find the pre-interview instruction below confusing.
  4. The pre-interview checklist asks us to upload documents to the CEAC portal, but he status on the CEAC portal is already "Complete". Are there any document upload steps after the interview letter is received?
  5. This DS-260 is the number starting with AA on your CEAC confirmation.
  6. Do I need to re-new police certificates for countries that I have not revisited since I left?
  7. Hi all, I will like a clarification. Are the Montreal ILs sent based on PD or based on DQ date or both? My PD is Dec 2023 and my DQ is April 2024, so should I expect my IL next month or so, or is it further into the future?
  8. I don't see how that will be an issue, as long as you have work authorization in Canada.
  9. Hi, can you please share the link from their website where this info can be found?
  10. I'm DQ April 25, 2024 and haven't received a letter 🙂
