Hi, May I ask how to add case to MyUSCIS? I usually check my case status on https://egov.uscis.gov/ by inputting the Receipt number which I got after USCIS Immigrant Fee payment. I have opened MyUSCIS account, but I cannot add my case to MyUSCIS, because it asked me to provide "Online Access Code" which I didn't find it in my documents... My visa was issued on Jan 21, 2025. I paid USCIS Immigrant Fee on Jan 23, 2025 and crossed border on Jan 24, 2025. I received SSN card on Feb 3, 2025, but still haven't received GC yet...

Congratulations! My interview date (1/17/2025) and crossing bolder date (1/24/2025,) are same as yours! I also paid the USCIS Immigrant Fee on 1/23/2025, but I only received my SSN card on Feb 3, 2025, still haven't received my GC yet. May I ask when your status changed at the website of https://egov.uscis.gov/ ? Thank you.

Thank you so much for your help, I just saw it. This morning, I visited a local clinic and showed the doctor the medical exam requirements. After reviewing my Immunization Records, the doctor informed me that I needed three vaccines based on my records, so I received the Tetanus vaccine and the Influenza (Flu Shot) at the clinic today, then I also booked the COVID-19 vaccine appointment for 11/25/2024. Regarding the other three vaccines (MMR, Varicella, and Hepatitis B) in the list, the doctor recommended a blood test to check for immunity before determining whether I need them. So this afternoon, I completed the blood test at LifeLabs, and the results are expected in four business days. I guess I am going to book the Medical Exam after I take the first dose of the 3 vaccines(MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B), if necessary.

I just got my IL. EB-3 DQ Date: Oct 26, 2023 Interview Date: January 17, 2025 I have some questions about the medical exams. The following are the requirements provided by one of the consulate-approved doctors near my home for visa applicants: 1 - Valid Passport 2 - Interview Appointment Letter from Consulate 3 - DS-260 Form (Visa and Alien Registration Application ) if available 4 - 4 passport size photos (may be required) 5 - Immunization Records (see US vaccine requirements) 6 - List of Medications, Surgeries, and Medical Conditions (your family doctor can provide this) 7 - Prescription Eyeglasses (if required) My Questions: Regarding No. 6 (List of Medications, Surgeries, and Medical Conditions): ---I don’t have a family doctor. How should I obtain this list? ---Is it an official document that must be provided by a family doctor?

Hi, I have a question about my case. I have applied for my green card (EB3) and got documentary qualified in Oct 2023. Here is my case and timeline: I am a permanent resident in Canada. ---Aug 2021, My wife got her US green card with the category of EB3. ---Sep 2021, Filed I-824(Following-to-Join) to USCIS for my GC application. ---July 2023, I-824 approved by USCIS. ---Aug 2023, got NVC Welcome Letter and my case was EB3, too. then sent all documents to NVC. ---Oct 2023, my case was Documentarily Complete. I am still waiting for the interview letter now. But I have a question when I read the "Pre-Interview Checklist of Montreal". One of the requirements on the list is "For employment-based visa applications: Bring a letter from your U.S.-based employer dated less than one month ago." My case is EB3 because my wife is the sponsor, she got the US green card with the category of EB3 and filed I-824 for my application. So in this case, do I have to bring my wife's job letter from her US based employer? Thank you. I really appreciate if anyone can help.
