  1. I would agree with @appleblossom on this one. Normally I would also say don't bother but I think she is dangerous and is exactly the type of person that ICE should be going after. I would also use the online tip form for fraud through USCIS as well so that she's on record there too. https://www.uscis.gov/report-fraud/uscis-tip-form
  2. Today's stats: March 26, 2025 15:00 MDT November 2024 Filed I-485 Stats • Approved: 472 • Denied: 125 • FingerprintScheduled: 241 • InterviewCancelled: 90 • InterviewScheduled: 2258 • Processing: 36,976 • Received: 727 • Rejected: 102 • RFE: 1,073 • Terminated: 113 • Withdrawal: 3 • Others: 85 Thanks to @hplusj for picking up the mantle yesterday while Jaycel and I were traveling home
  3. Even though you are Norwegian, the country that you will be applying from is Sweden since that is the embassy where you will be submitting your application.
  4. Hahahahaha been in airports and planes all day… might have to break it 😁
  5. Ok so that’s how Haycel and I did it. It was for pickup but at the courier’s branch office. We had to wait for a tracking number from them. My guess is that will be what happens for you
  6. Gotcha… so filing those 2 applications based on the I-485, it’s either gotta be in the same envelope done by mail or wait until they receive the I-485 receipt number and file it electronically. Personally I think filing it all together by mail would get the other two applications in the system quicker…
  7. I’m not sure TBH… is the pickup being done at the embassy? Was there any notes when you chose that option of what communication if any you’ll receive?
  8. If you do this you have to wait for the receipt number from the newly filed I-485 before you file them online
  9. Jaycel’s said “Issued” for a couple of business days before she got an email with the tracking number from the contract courier. What method did you choose? Delivery or pickup?
  10. Woo HOO!!!!! Congratulations fellow citizen!!
  11. Correction to my typo above • InterviewScheduled: 1914
  12. Today's stats: March 24, 2024 22:00 EDT November 2024 Filed I-485 Stats • Approved: 434 • Denied: 124 • FingerprintScheduled: 249 • InterviewCancelled: 87 • InterviewScheduled: 14914 • Processing: 37,288 • Received: 737 • Rejected: 104 • RFE: 1,128 • Terminated: 112 • Withdrawal: 3 • Others: 85
  13. This should not be one of your concerns… as I said above, having an expired NOA2 will not affect your ability to schedule the interview nor will it have any influence on the consular officer in making his or her decision on your visa
  14. There is no point contacting them about the expiring I-129F approval. It will not be done ahead of time. The consular officer conducting the interview, if they are going to approve the K-1 visa, will extend the validity date at that time. My only suggestion would be to bring updated letters of intent to marry if your NOA2 is past the expiration date at the time of the interview. The expiry date will not hinder you getting the interview scheduled
  15. If your I-485 is denied then any other application filed based on that I-485 is no longer valid so you would have to file all 3 if you want the AP and EAD
  16. It will be near impossible and you do not want two applications for the same benefit floating around USCIS You should use the "Ask Emma" chat on USCIS and select the "Chat with a live agent" option
  17. Because those people have attended their biometrics appointment and their status changes to "Case is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS"
  18. Ok so if you are filing it concurrently with an I-485 or with an I-485 pending, your fee should be $260 and your filing category will be (c) (9)
  19. EAD is Real ID compliant... Jaycel just used it a couple of days ago on our trip to FL. We also brought her passport in her maiden name, marriage cert and her I-485 NOA1 just in case and no issues whatsoever
  20. Happy to chime in... Jaycel had to watch a video on how best to remove it and re-seal the plastic Here's the link to the video she watched:

Today's stats: March 22, 2024 22:15 EDT November 2024 Filed I-485 Stats • Approved: 398 • Denied: 122 • FingerprintScheduled: 247 • InterviewCancelled: 87 • InterviewScheduled: 1452 • Processing: 37,736 • Received: 744 • Rejected: 104 • RFE: 1,174 • Terminated: 112 • Withdrawal: 3 • Others: 87
  22. Standard 11x13 is correct... It will be wrapped in clear plastic with the passport in between the plastic and the brown envelope. She will have to carefully slit the plastic open without cutting open the brown envelope to get the passport out and then tape over the slit. There are several videos on YouTube on how to do this if she searches.
