LIFE'SJOURNEY got a reaction from Jeka in Priority Date, ON My 21st Birthday...
Mixing words doesn't change the outlook.
1. The US government has no obligations to explain it's immigration process. Therefore it is in the petittioner best intrest to seek legal advise. if legal advise had been seeked, some of these issues would have been clarified for your family.
2. Signing in the wrong place caused an incompleted application.
3. Because a decision was made over-night doesn't make an agrument to have the correct process and procedure to be wavied.

LIFE'SJOURNEY got a reaction from N-o-l-a in how the person cam get a job in this country?
This is not a mean statement, but first start with correct spelling on your applications. Take a class in ESL. Apply for jobs that give you direct contact with english speaking people to help build your knowlege of the english laanguage written and spoken.
From there you can apply for more meanful jobs based on your education level.

LIFE'SJOURNEY got a reaction from del-2-5-2014 in Usc wife told husband to pack out from the house while husband still ve 2yrs green card at hand
THERE IS NOTHING COMPLICATED about your case, get a divorce and move on. File for removal of condition after attaining your divorce. There maybe issues since you'll never con-mingle funds but document the behavior of the spouse.

LIFE'SJOURNEY got a reaction from Justine+David in dragging feet to come to the US
Your Indin sisters here in the US, who have married tradional Indian husbands have told me to part these words of wisdom to you. HE is not going to change what you see is what you will have; here in the US or back in India. If you wish for him to be someone different, that's not going to happen.

People stop confusing the OP,
They are waiting to submit the last documents, i.e PC, and etc. Husband will need his passport for the interview, which he doesn't have yet because husband is dragging his feet. Hubby probably knows more about the immigration process than those who are questioning the OP. He is waiting on the 2 year marriage mark, he knows he will get a 10 year GC when he enters the US.
It looks as if hubby has a plan, which in the end maynot be including you. You have been given plenty of advise and opinions on your previous post. The ball is in your court, only you can play the ending of this.
Good luck.
