    My wife was my sponsor as now the primary applicant has to provide I-864- Her income was not enough then so we used a joint sponsor- But now the JS is acting weird. So I need Mother in Law income who also fulfills income requirements stand alone as well but some one told me that since MIL lives in the same house she has to be a household member and not a JS- My question is how before my interview I make this change?

I need some assistance since you went through the same- When I got DQ I had a joint sponsor "Ahmed" but Ahmed is now refusing to provide updated I-864 and Tax docs- I will now use my wife I-864 and tax docs and since her income is low will supplement my mother in law as Household member I-864A with tax Docs My question is that how will I make these changes in ceac once I get my IL- will I remove the Joint sponsor and add household member or I would simply add the house hold member and leave Joint sponsor as is and tell the CO in interview about the change- Also- Would I also type in an application to CO in a word doc telling him about his change?

    @pushbrk I need some assistance- I have been following your threads and you seem to have good answers- When I got DQ 17 months ago I had a joint sponsor "Ahmed" but Ahmed is now refusing to provide updated I-864 and Tax docs (Which ISB embassy requires)- I will now use my wife I-864 (Also previously submitted) and tax docs and since her income is low will supplement my mother in law as Household member I-864A with tax Docs My question is that how will I make these changes in ceac once I get my IL- will I remove the Joint sponsor and add household member or I would simply add the house hold member and leave Joint sponsor as is or I would DO NOTHING and tell the CO in interview about the change- Also- Would I (Beneficiary) also type in an application to CO in a word doc telling him about this change?

    Hello Guys- I need some assistance- My case is Ir-1 Do I need to get Nadra Marriage certifcate (QuaideAzam Backgroud picture wala) Translated as well? It already has an english part- I got my urdu one translated but not sure about this one Also My Wife (Petitioner) was born in karachi and is a Us citizen by naturalization- Do I need her Original birth certificate (Copy) and its translation as well since it was a manual one? I heard you don't need petitioner birth certificate if IR-1

    Please Help- IR-1 Case- Dq 28 Nov 22- At the time I completed and submitted Ds-260 my job ended and I was not working anywhere so I entered unemployed and added my past working company information - then 2 months later I found another job and it ended 2 months ago- I also travelled to Dubai after submitting Ds-260. These 2 pieses of information are missing from my original Form. What needs to be done or if anything needs to be done on my end? I would really appreciate the insights

    Seeing Basit's Comments is giving me Severe Anxiety- This whole Visa process has already put my beautiful Happy Marriage in a very Rocky situation- This is very very unfair for a 3rd party to decide if two people can live together or not- I severe ... This distance is already causing a lot of misunderstanding and fights between me and my wife- @podeena You recently went through this whole process- Any advise? P.s. @podeena Did they also put you in 221g? I cant afford to wait another year or Im pretty sure me and my wife will be done for only because of this whole waiting process.

    Thanks for the Answer. But How would state ID still proof the relationship between the Mother and the Daughter? Wouldn't state ID only proof my MIL to be a citizen and living at a certain address? She also has Nadra POC and American Passport. Any insights would be appreciated.

    Hello Everyone, I need some assistance. I will be Grateful for the help. I provided Joint Sponsor named Adnan who gave I-864 in 2021- Adnan is having issues providing updated documents and I-864. My second choice now is to have my wife I-864 and add her mother on a I-864A Household member. My questions are: 1) Would changing this affect in any way my visa process? 2) How can I prove relationship status between my wife and her mother as in what documents can be provided? Both are Dual Citizens and her mother has no Driving license. They both live at the same address. Thanks,

    Hay, Thanks for the heads up- I would definitely ask her for this W-2 however I notice you mentions Tax return and IRs tax Transcript as two separate items? Isnt the tax transcript the same as the Tax return? I am confused... A little clarity would be great- Plus NVC approved my above documents and hence told me I am DQ? Isnt that sort of good enough that NVC already told me that The documents are good enough or you are suggesting that NVC DQ means little to nothing? Thanks alot!

    This is what I submitted to NVC- Hope this can help but is not concluding- Original Urdu Nikkah Nama Original Marriage Certificate Original Birth certificate (Applicant) Notarised translation of Original Urdu Nikkah nama Notarised translation of Orginal Birth certificate Nadra FRC Wifes- US passport Wifes Driving LIcense Affidavit of support (I-864)-(Petitioner) 3 Year Tax return from IRS (Income and wage transcript) Random Pics (Weddings+Trips+Dinners+Time Together with Time Headings like January 2023) All in one pdf as additional Evidence Police certificate (Pakistan MY ) (I am the applicant and my wife petioner) Since I also stayed in the UK for 2 years (Police certificate from UK) I will also be taking all of this to my Interview which I am hoping will be done by June 2024 as I am DQ 28 Nov 2022 Hope this helps.

    Hello Everyone, I am a little confused after reading this post- My sponsor only gave me last 3 years Income and Wage transcript- However this post above is suggesting some other documents. Can you please assist me what others documents are required other then this wage and Income transcript and how can my sponsor obtain them? I am confused. I filed:- 1) Income and wage transcript last 3 years 2) Affidavit of support form I-864 Signed by sponsor 3) Sponsor's copy of passport I would really appreciate the help as I am expecting IL by July/August 2024.

    Hello Podeena, Thanks for the Assistance- I really appreciate your help. I am the beneficiary- I have submitted my original Birth certificate with translation and I also have my original Nadra ID card as well. May I know a little more about this B-Form? How can I get one? I DID NOT provide this to NVC and yet the DQ me in Nov 2022. Is it still ok for me to get these since I am already DQ and fulfill the needs of the NVC for this visa? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Also, I am not sure about the FRC part- I have my marriage certificate with me- Do I need my wife to go along with me to NADRA for FRC? or Is this something that can easily be obtained by me the beneficiary?     Thanks For the Detailed Response- Can you please elaborate on these? proof of domicile for petitioner - where Can My wife who is in the USA get this? Also I have a Joint Sponsor- Do I need an Updated AOS as well and his most recent financial information too or Just my wife's AOS? birth certificate for petitioner or petitioner - She was born in Pakistan but is now a USA citizen through Naturalization - DO I need her Pakistani Birth Certificate as well as its translation? Thanks a lot for your time to reply to me. I really appreciate it.

    Hello Folks, I need some assistance- My DQ is 22 Nov 2022- I am confused as to what documents I need to resubmit that I read in previous threads. Doesn't NVC already have all the documents in CEAC? I submitted: 1-AOS- of my wife (Petitioner)- 2021 Income and wage transcript- No previous job than 2021 2-Passport copy- My wife 3-AOS - Joint sponsor (He is still working the same place the same job) 4-Income and wage Transcript year - 2021,2020,2019 (3 year) 5-His Passport copy USA 6-Marriage certificate 7-Original Nikkah Nama 8-Translation of these 9-Birth certificate ( Original) Beneficiary 10- Police certificate (Paksitan) 11- Police Certificate UK (I was there from 2005-2007) Never went back 12- Translation of Birth certificate. 13- Pictures- Marriage and other proofs to prove trueness relationship. I am very confused as to what documents do I need to submit again once I am scheduled for my interview. I would really appreciate if someone can guide me on this and how can I upload the documents to CEAC again coz it says already submitted there- Thanks,
