    So I talked to the immigration lawyer about all this but it was a free consoltation could not tell me a whole lot sadly but I was told the spousal visa is the best way to go due to us living together already but my main question is do we need to get married here in mexico? than file? or file than get married or just do the k1 visa. Or another thing is one person asked me how old she is on here and about a work visa cause her aunt needs a care giver and wants her to take care of her is it possible for her to get a work visa ??

    I am looking right now what I can do but she tells me get married here in tj and then ask for her at the border I do not know what she means ask for her? So basically I will be married to her but then how or what would I need to do to get her to the United States? after our marriage.

    Hello I have a bit of questions to ask about the processing times and what I need to do and what is my alternate route to do to get my fiancé across the border from Tijuana mx to California United States. So here in tj the processing times I hear and see are very lengthy in time frame 2-3 years just to be processed that is one way is to get her a visa or a k1 visa I wonder how long that will take to get and what does she and I need to do? and the costs. Another thing is a permission to visit the United States for a care giver to help her aunt be taken care of what does she need to do to obtain the permission visa without having a visa and processing times. Another one a work visa what does she need to get for a work visa and processing times and costs. She wants a better life in the United States with her aunt what would be the best way and faster process to get her in the United States and what documents does she need again. And keep in mind the u.s consulate is here in Tijuana as well so she can get an appointment any information helps.
