Workers at the embassy will see your documents but they are not allowed to talk about your situation to anyone outside the embassy. This is a worry that you will have to manage as there is nothing you can do can stop embassy workers from seeing your documents.

Yes I have a good relationship with her family/ and friends, they know about our relationship, and we will meet more than once for sure, I'm just worried about the part of seeing my documents by Moroccan people

That is what will happen. You cannot control who sees your documents at the embassy. some people at the Moroccan consulate will be Moroccan nationals but they are supposed to follow the rules of USA not Morocco.
If you read reviews of Morocco you will see sometimes the officials there can be very mean about relationships they think are strange (like big age gaps).
This is why many are saying- make sure you meet in person many times and your relationship is strong. Not having family approval will make sense for your situation but ... if possible try to build a relationship with your partner’s family and friends in the US.

You have been communicating with your partner for 4 years and not faced any danger?  so if things continue in the same way- mostly online communication and meeting together in person in Morocco in the same manner you were together for a month… I think you can gauge your safety level?
Do you think it is safe?

I am sure there are employees of Utah County who understand. However they are bound by the laws passed by the people of Utah, a sovereign republic.

Yes and I said we will meet more, what I care about now is my safety during the process not meeting, because meeting we will meet more
Yes and that's what we are working for, we will meet more, but what I care about is, if I get married to her via Utah ( zoom ), does that will be dangerous for me in Morocco during the process ?

Just keep in mind that @Mike E and I are agreeing that you need more time in person to successfully obtain a visa.

    The rest is semantics.

You would have to reach out to LGBT groups INSIDE Morocco. Unfortunately, we cannot tell the future but as I mentioned before… there is a lawyer who is helping a U.S. American and his Moroccan partner (same sex couple) go through the fiancé visa process.
Your safety will be related to how you conduct yourselves when you are together in Morocco and the attitudes of your family if they discover your relationship.
But, the consulate will not deny your visa because you are in a same sex relationship. And if you marry when you exit the country, they (officials in Morocco) will not know your partner is the same sex.
The consulate might deny the visa if they believe the relationship is not real.

While I agree that OP needs more time in person with their partner, and have already stated as such, you are living in the past if you think real connections cannot be made online first, and lead to a long term/lifelong relationship (whether platonic or romantic).

A lot of people meet online these days. At least they have actually met in person before pursuing marriage, unlike some people we see here on VJ.

@Marruecos I agree with others that your best bet is to do the CR-1, and to focus on spending as much time together as possible. Morocco is a difficult consulate and time spent together, in person, is the best evidence of a bone fide relationship you can get and can help overcome the difficulties of the consulate you are dealing with.

Morocco will not stop u from leaving with an approved US visa
but getting a visa approved  when the Moroccan family does not know about the relationship is slim
It's important that the family approves especially the Moroccan mother in any relationship for that  country and that is normal practice as visas (in Morocco)  have been denied when the family did not know about a marriage or a relationship was kept secret

CR1 visa after a Utah zoom would be the way to go but the problem would be how to consummate the marriage when u can not do this in Morocco
I would suggest reading the following post from Nolo law and think about hiring a GOOD  attorney (not a cheap one that would tell u "what u want to hear")
It only seems fair to let a family member know but its up to u
DO NOT expose this to the community u live in but to a family member that may understand and be supportive and and keep your relationship confidential

this is a hard one and the best to u and your partner

The US consulate will care about how much you have actually been together in the same place.

Ahh so you have just started. Nothing beats quality time together especially when dealing with high fraud consulates.

How can you be together for 4 years and have met once?

Northern Ireland does not have exit controls, it has been a few years since I last went to Eire but they did not then.

    IME most countries do.

The mention of Ireland not having exit controls is contrary to my experience. Vatican is not mentioned but of course it does not have exit controls.

    Morocco does:

Totally makes sense.  Hopefully you get some more answers.   I didn’t realize that the Morocco’s government controls outbound immigration like that.

K-1 visas have names of beneficiaries and petitioners.

So OP’s concern is if Moroccan immigration will release a K-1 visa holder whose K-1 visa has a petitioner with the same gender.

I don’t know of specific cases, but same-sex marriage is legal in all 50 states,  so there would not be any issues there with local religious politics, as US consulates operate under US law.

The name on the visa would need to match the name on the passport it is placed in.

Maybe others with more knowledge of Morocco can speak to this, but it might be better to look at getting married outside of Morocco or via Utah online, and pursuing a spousal visa.
