Agreed! I know there are many different opinions on this but I would rather drown them in evidence than give them bits and pieces to scrutinise and potentially decide they may not like what they are seeing or want more information or even want an interview. I have seen a few attorney blogs now that say to send every single piece of evidence USCIS doesn't have yet with both names on it and let them decide how much of each type of evidence they want to use. 

Too much evidence is going to be better than not enough every single time. 
 
Side note - We are approaching 200 approved March 2023 cases now! making progress...slowly but surely

They are working on March cases - IOE0919XXXXX, actually they approved 8 more today and are up to about 140 approvals now - out of over 2000...but progress is progress. 

Yes, I got the letter stating that my fingerprints would be reused.
 
The only documents I see are the scanned letters that I already have and a scan of my current GC. Nothing else so far. 

lesson here is: never ship out a package that MAY arrive on a weekend. preferably ship it on a Monday so even with a 2 day or 3 day, it will still arrive on a weekday. You ASSUMED a Friday delivery but of course, it can arrive after office hours or Saturday with unexpected delays. just saying.

Hey, yeah I did receive the I-797 NOA before my trip. I think it ended up in my mailbox around day 14 after they received my package.

i PERSONALLY think that using a credit card is ok. The only regret you should have is not filing the case earlier. You had 3 months (as early as December 10) to file it and had less than a month when you filed it. You also should've notified your bank about an upcoming charge so they're aware. YOU SAYING "YOU WILL REGRET IT" by using the card tho when it's your late filing that actually contributed to it. Nothing personal just an observation. Nonetheless, you made it. Welcome to March filers hehe.

At the top right, click on "Ask a Question" with a woman's face. When the chatbox comes up in the bottom right of your screen, type "infopass". Then, when prompted, type or click "Make an infopass appointment". When asked for reason for appointment, type again "Make an infopass appointment".
You should then be connected to a live person who will help you find your receipt number and answer questions to the best of their ability. I got my receipt code from them. I also did not get any notifications prior to doing this. After you get the code, you can check the status online via https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do and find out what's going on with it.
Hope this helps and doesn't come off too detailed, trying to assist 'cuz I know how it feels. 😎 BTW, best time to do it is in the early hours of the day, while everyone is at work, etc.

Why are you nervous? You're LPR with a pending I-751 and have all the rights to travel with expired GC and extension letter.

Agreed, I-751 cannot be filed online.
Don't ever apply for neutralization, it's sounds like a scary term I don't know the meaning of in immigration context.

We barely made into I-751 March 2023 filers thanks to a FedEx delay. GC expires 6/25/2023. Here’s where we are so far:
 
Mon 3/27: Shipped - FedEx ground
Fri 3/31: Received - Phoenix Lockbox

@juancarlos nothing in particular. Some people see it for many weeks before it changes to other status such as biometrics reuse.

Two calls into the customer service & it appears it will finally be resolved. The first time I called the woman was transferring me to an immigration officer. I put in to be called back since the wait was said to be 29 minutes. Over an hour later & no call back so I called customer service again. She was nice & put in a service request for me but that was all she said she or anyone could do. Almost 2 hours later I finally get the call back from the immigration officer. After I explained what happened he pulled up our file & said it clearly shows you called the day before but there must have been a time delay in relaying information so it didn't get to the field office in time for them to know you called to reschedule. He said just give us some time to process & it will work out. You should receive a letter on or before April 10th so just give us some time. I asked if he was sure I would get one on or before April 10th because my other option is having to file that form for a motion to reopen the case & the fee for that is over $600 for something I didn't do..he said no no don't do that don't do that. Just wait for the letter. So..we're waiting for the letter. I have cried so much over this! It's awful..

Important update in my case!! I got a SMS saying my case was received, with a receipt number starting with IOE...
 
Also, no issues with our credit card.
