I am so happy my mom's case was approved today!
priority date 2/9/23 - approved 1/11/24
What do I have to do next? I don't quite understand if I have to fill de i485 right now or later....

As you will be receiving different case numbers for each parent, so the only option is to file through those case numbers at CEAC. I assume it will be same as USCIS where you file two I-130's and got approval of both the parents on same day. Hopefully, you will get same interview day for both of your parents (which is the most common scenario).

Anyone have idea how can I get both parents application to be processed together, leading to (1) interview date? 

I just checked both my parents today it changed to actively being reviewed as of Dec 27 but I checked under docs and it has an approval notice. PD January 27 @ Potomac SC approved Dec 27. This made me happy tho I have two of my friends both parents are still waiting for interview in Philippine Embassy both parents seating at half a year now just waiting for the interview date idk what approval means this days lol

Nope not as yet Jk1018 . Only approval notice from USCIS

1.  For mailing address/phone number, either is fine.
2.  Select 1 - Yes, for both I-864 forms.
3.  For item# 7, enter your individual income only, as instructed in the form.  Use the income figure documented on your evidence of current income, such as your pay stub or employment letter.
 
Note that if you intend to use only your income for sponsorship, you must submit your 1040 + W2 + 1099 + all other schedules, along with the I-864.  An I-864A from your wife is not required at NVC stage if your individual income qualifies, but it could be required by the consulate.  You'll find out only at the interview.  If you want to avoid delay at the interview stage due to this, you may submit I-864A preemptively at NVC stage.

Hey, congratulations on moving towards the next step! I’d recommend you consult with an experienced immigration attorney. You can always watch a “how to fill out I-864” on YouTube as an alternative.

My status on USCIS was/ still is saying Case Is Being Actively Reviewed, estimated (2) Months.

I just happened to check my documents folder. Approval Letters for both parents was mailed to me 🎉🎉 So Please Check Your Documents Folder Guys❗️

Priority Date: 1/12 . - - -> NVC

Went from 10 and 11 months to 2 and 3 months for both parents.

I submitted I-130 for my mother only
My processing time 11 months in Arlington, VA

Sent my parents application 1/27/23 also same day received a notification saying they have taken an action (this might just be system generated) anyhow processing time says 11 months at POTOMAC. Now we wait. :))

Though I think it is a system generated update. One of the application status updated to "We have taken an action on your case". Estimated processing time 11 months, Nebraska Service Center.
