Just sharing the news with you all here, a May 8th NOA2 got their case number today from public inquiry on the FB group I am in. 67 days from NOA2.

Maybe it's just a lucky one, but hoping we all have the same good news next week!

My first email said the same.
 
From how I see it, the assumption would be that USCIS sends the case to NVC the same moment we receive our NOA2 and therefore the NCV would receive it within a couple of days, which is not actually the case. If you look ohe published timeframes, it says “working on cases that NVC received on xyz”, not approved on xyz… I hope I’m wrong, but this is how I worked it in my head to make sense.

I put in an inquiry last week Thursday and just got a reply today.

NOA2 was 4/4, so we just passed 60 days.  Called USCIS this morning to see if our case has been sent to NVC yet and on which day.  They confirmed to have sent our case to NVC on 6/1.  Gives me hope that we'll be hearing from NVC soon.

Just got out approval!!!! Checked like 100 times today and then it suddenly went to “Case approved”.

Friendly reminder that once you guys hit 60+ days of waiting for your cases to be transferred to the NVC, you can put in a request for case assistance to the CIS Ombudsman.
 
Some from my March group have now been waiting for 100 days without a word, so I think all of us need to start taking action.

yep everyone gets this! so i was a bit confused at first too but i think it's just the official notice that your case was approved. we got it as well😊
