that's really too much just to forward the case electronically. I just called USCIS and spoke agent at TSC, luckily there is no wait but unfortunately she didn't disclose any information. she told that Beneficiary not allowed only petitioner or Attorney can check the status. Weird !!

Oh, six months just to move the case internally. super lazy!!

My I-140 was approved on Jan 24, 2023 at TSC. Since then no update. My status showing that "Case was Approved". I heard it normally takes 2-3 days to change the status to "Case sent to Department of State". NVC timeline shows that they are working on cases received on 9th Feb. Is this normal? What should I do now?

Hello, I need to translate birth certificate and Nikah Nama into English since both are in urdu language. I remembered I used to notarized the documents or translation from civic center. Currently I’m outside of country and send it to my uncle. But he didn’t find any notary public or translation shop there. If someone recently did this or know about where exactly in Karachi we can do translations of birth certificate and Nikahnama documents and also notarized the documents . Many thanks in advance,

@kachab As you mentioned that you already on work visa, so in interview do they ask you to bring/show all filed tax returns of last years and W2's ? Thanks!!

How can I request for Nadra marriage certificate online or outside of Pakistan? I found on NADRA website they only providing Family Regitration Certificate. I've my urdu nikahnama 20 years back from karachi and its english translation. Now I need Nadra MRC to file in DS260. Thanks..

Thanks !! That's big relief for me. My lawyer suggested me to go via AOS route, he told if CBP knows that I applied for immigration, they may cancel TN.

I'm i your shoes. I'm on TN and my Perm is approved. I am also planning to apply for I-140 and CP route. I'm frequently crossing the border as my family in Canada. that is only my point of concern. How was your experience of crossing the border with I-140 approved and pending CP? Did they questioned about immigration and TN intent? thanks
