    No.... USCIS to NVC to EMBASSY in this order. no skipping order at all

    For my Country "Vietnam" as soon as the case status "TRANSFER" you have to submit the DS-160 and create a UStraveldocs account and also register the mailing address for them to MAIL you a PKT3. You CAN NOT pay for visa fee or schedule an appointment until you Received the PKT3 from the consulate. that is what I have read from the Viet Nam consulate website. Some one please correct me if I'm wrong. thank you

    You Just got NOA2 10/24 ( not even 1-week yet) , give it 2 weeks Like Nov-7 or 8. you are using the right template that is why you got an answer from them. Sooooo Impatient. LoL

    still at NVC , base on the schedule I saw in here the next shipping day is Nov-7 & 8. hopefully I'm on this batch.🙏

    Give them 2 weeks then send an inquiry. That is what Idid and get an answer the next day with the case Number.

    Omg really. ? It’s got to be something wrong. Did you finish and submit all the dócs from PKT-3 ? .I thinh you should send them an inquiry. Good luck my case is waiting to transfer from NVC to HCM “hopefully Next week” now you make me nervous.

    at least you have the case number, if you still "at NVC" now (like me) then the next batch should be Nov-7 or 8 to Consulate (let's hope)🙏

    I sent a public inquiry yesterday to NV and got my case number today. You should do that , your case maybe in transit by now.

    After exactly 2-weeks from NOA2 , I got my case number today. 😍

    NOA2 September-28 , NVC- Received October-18 that is 3-weeks (you Said Exactly 1-week) I'm missing something here ? btw: how many days after NOA2 you are sending Public inquiry ? thanks
