But I do know. I don't have to imagine. We were in AP at NVC on a K1 for nearly two months. I was in New Zealand and he was here. That isn't a high Fraud country.
There's no chance whatever that 5000 signatures will abolish AP. Nothing will.

Many people send one from each quarter. That is what I have sent for ROC.

This is totally nuts. Completely. I cannot understand why an adult male needs to drag a third person, and another female to boot, into this mess to hide behind. You ought to be ashamed of yourself.
All unnecessary. All you had to do was change the blessed tickets and send her to a hotel. Or go to one yourself.
Take a very close look at your 're' girlfriend. If she agreed to this she's mad.

It would perhaps be more truthful for them to state that the process starts as first come first serve. Depending then on what has been sent with the petition, what is missing, what needs an RFE response, what is difficult to verify and what is not, what people may or may not have in their backgrounds...all of that and more will determine the speed at which each petition travels.
It is what it is. It may not be fabulous but it is the only game in town.
It took us a while to get to the NOA2, 5 months...and then, we were held up in AP at NVC for nearly 8 weeks. They weren't placing K1's in AP for extra scrutiny at that point, it was something new at the time. Couldn't even find anything referring to this mysterious process here on VJ. We didn't have anything peculiar in our history either, and I was not from what some people refer to as a 'high fraud country' They just implemented a new procedure, and we happened to be at the start of that line up.
There was a lot of speculation at the time, as to what sees some get through in no time, and how some wait and wait. But that is all it was, speculation. I don't think anyone was out to slow our single petition in particular down, or had a grudge against older people, or people who were petitioned for who did not live in the country where they were born, or any of the hundred other reasons we were mulling over.
I understand very well the anxiety, the worry, the longing to be with the ones you love. Take heart though, it does pass.

None of that matters. Who she went with and where she is. Change the locks. Move on.

Armchair psychology at it's finest. I wish you luck. You are going to need every last bit that you can muster.

I've only just seen, and read, this thread.
Phil, even if she would agree to assessment and treatment, and stick with it, you are going to run out of time. You already have less than 90 days now by quite a lot.
It's clear to me, and I see a few other posters here, that this relationship is not going to work. Marrying her isn't going to solve a thing. It may, in fact, make things considerably more difficult.
You need to pack them up and send them home. No amount of rationalization, assigning psychiatric illness, or assigning blame is going to be of help. It isn't working, it will never be the sort of relationship you hoped to attain. Full Stop.
