My case went to ‘in-transit’ today as well. 3 weeks after ‘case number assigned’.  Getting closer to the finish line!

Here’s what I submitted in my NVC inquiry…
 
“I understand that you have received my case from USCIS (received email on Dec 2nd via NVC previous inquiry). USCIS also confirmed they sent approval on Nov 9, 2022. Can you please check if my CASE # has been created and entered into the system? If yes, could you please provide me with the CASE #. Thank you very much for your support and help in this process.”

Update from my recent call to USCIS. They were able to tell me that my petition/NOA2 approval was sent to NVC on Nov 9th (that means it took them 3 weeks to send it to NVC as my NOA2 approval date was Oct 19th). The lady on phone said she wanted to check ‘multiple systems’ before confirming the date to me. She said everything matched as Nov 9th sent date. She was NOT looking at NVC system as she doesn’t have access. I submitted NVC inquiry form today (Nov 29) asking about status. I figure it will take them about 3 weeks till they get to my inquiry which should be close to the 60 day mark from NOA2 approval.

I was previously including a 2022 shipping dates chart that’s created based off last years data, but I’ve been told the shipping dates have changed this year and I have not located an accurate chart. If anyone has located an accurate chart, please feel free to share it below! 

Well, today was the day for us - NOA2  APPROVED (19-Oct-2022)!!!
14 months and 9 days after NOA1 (10-Aug-2021 receipt date).
it is a great day as it is also exactly 4 Yeager’s ago today when we first met.
I think I knew it was approved about 2 min after it was reviewed. I’ve been checking multiple times per day and the day has finally arrived. Now onto the next step….
Let’s go Aug filers….keep the faith, we’re all soon approved.

Mine is Aug 17 2021..I was seeing people getting updates around their 420-430 day mark a few weeks ago but I don't know if that's still the trend. I'm also anticipating end of October early Nov, but still checking on my case obsessively 🥴

Today is exactly 14 months since NOA1 receipt date, Aug 10 2021. Hoping to hear good news soon. We’re getting closer. Based on all posts I’m reading, I still think end of Oct or Early Nov is more realistic for approval but I am hoping for a pleasant surprise.

Hey all, we're having some troubles scanning. It seems that the USCIS doesn't like us basically DDOSing them by scanning every case, every day, and they may have done some update so we can no longer scan the way we have been. This isn't the first time this has happened. Please standby, trying to find a workaround. I'll try to get those numbers for Thursday out as soon as I can

Unbelievable they keep moving the end date! When we started the estimate was 6-8.5 months. Now 14 months. We are very close now but I’m still so frustrated with the process. No public company or business would survive with this level of service.
