  1. Just to let this thread be updated: DQ: 09/18/2023 IL: 12/13/2023 Interview: 01/10/2024 No expedite, CR1 Visa, US Citizen filling for spouse
  2. I just checked and saw your interview will also take place in the Paris embassy, it would be great to share some information considering I can't seem to find a lot of people who are going through the same embassy. I live in Portugal and Immigrant Visas applications are processed through the Paris Embassy. Hoping your approval is coming next!
  3. No K3; Our NOA1 came from Texas Service Center, somewhere in time and space our case was transferred to Potomac and our approval notice came from the National Benefits Center. Also worth noticing we only had one active review right after we submitted the petition last year, yesterday it changed to approved and our approval notice was in the documents tab;
  4. So happy to announce we have been approved 🥳 PD: 06/01/2022 Approval date: 05/01/2023
  5. Texas Service Center, it's on a CR1 Visa group on Facebook, it's not listed on the Visa Journey timelines as far as I know.
  6. PD: 06/01/2022 AR: 06/01/2022 No news whatsoever, the new USCIS tool for the processing time predicts our case will be approved in 8 months (still not sure if it's from PD or from when the tool started working, which was like 3 weeks ago). Someone posted yesterday at a Facebook group that they got approved and their PD was 06/28/2022, they filed for a K3 but no expedite. Can't stress how unfair this whole process seems at times.
