  1. Thanks for the confirmation.
  2. Dear Members, I am in the process of obtaining a new offer letter from my employer for my upcoming immigrant visa interview. My approved I-140 was filed in 2014, and the offer letter at that time listed the prevailing wage from 2014. My question is: does the salary listed in the original I-140 still need to be reflected in the current offer letter for a 2026 interview, or should the offer letter reflect current market/prevailing wage levels? Salaries for my role have increased significantly over the past 10 years, especially in the Seattle area. Has anyone here dealt with a similar situation and can share their experience?
  3. Thanks for the reply. I saw some posts here that mentioned keeping the Original I 140 for Consular Interview.
  4. Thanks for the reply. I just some posts here that mention about keeping the Original I 140 for the Consular Interview.
  5. Dear members, I have a Consular Interview for my EB2 case next week at Montreal Consulate. I just realized that I don't my have my Original Approved I 140. I only have a scanned copy of Approved I 140 that was shared by attorney in 2014. My question is, will the copy of approved I 140 be acceptable at the Interview? I can ask my lawyer, but I doubt he will have the Original Copy since he changed 3 law firms in the meantime.
  6. Thanks for explaining. I will update Profile as well
  7. I have already updated the time line in the excel, does it not reflect correctly?
  8. Thanks for sharing this. Do I have to create an account and register for kids as well? Both kids are under 12 years of age. I have updated the timelines in the excel.
  9. I see that one of the user mentioned about A number from form DS 260 to register for the interview. So wondering, if I have register for the Interview, as the Interview date and time is already confirmed?
  10. My DQ is Oct 13, 2022. The date in spreadsheet needs to be fixed
  11. Hi Everyone, I received the IL last night for Jan 30th date. EB2 India / DQ Oct 2022. Medical Examination: I need some advice regarding scheduling a medical examination. If anyone has any experience dealing with any of the 3 doctors in GTA area, please share recommendation. Secondly, how long does it take after the Medical exam for the Doctor to send results to Consulate ? The reason I am asking this because I will be travelling and and targeting to complete my medical exam in Jan 2nd week. Wondering if there will be enough time as my Interview is Jan 30th? Police Clearance Certificate: Also, the NVC never asked me for the Police Clearance Certificate from India. I was asked for Canada, which I provided. I lived in India for first 22 years of life, but after that I have been either in US or Canada. Never stayed in India for more than 4 weeks after moving to USA/ Canada. In the blogs I see some discussion regarding Police Clearance Certificate from India, so wondering if need to request one from India?
  12. I am not seeing the update regarding the EB Visa Processing from Montreal Office anymore. Until a couple of months ago, there used be a monthly update from Montreal Consular office which would mention what Immigrant Visa cases they are currently interviewing. I remember going to this page: Consular Operations - U.S. Embassy & Consulates in Canada (usembassy.gov) There was usually an update like "Montreal Office is currently interviewing Employment based applicants Documentarily Qualified in June 2022" . I am not seeing that anymore. Have they stopped doing it? Or do they update this info some where else?
