    Just noticed that my status went to Actively reviewing the second time. I logged into the USCIS website & noticed the approval in the documents tab! Thank you Jesus! It's definitely been an emotional roller coaster & Thank you to the entire VJ community here for supporting me on this journey! Raising a ticket to the congressman definitely helped, although it took 2 weeks for them to respond. PD : 19th Nov, 2021 NOA 1 : 24th Nov, 2021 NOA 2 : 13th Dec, 2022 Thank you again! Wishing others all the best.

    Visit this page on Desktop - https://www.uscis.gov/tools/meet-emma-our-virtual-assistant Scroll a bit down - On the top right, you would notice a pop up that mentions "Need Help? Ask Emma". Click on it. Type "speak to a live agent". Then choose "Technical difficulties" from the list of options. Usually that works. Follow rest of the commands (Receipt Number, DOB, Address) requested by the live chat bot. Hope this helps!

    Congratulations!!! So happy for you both! I'm on a similar path as you are NOA1 - 11/19/2021 (from Nebraska SC - Transferred to California SC). Hoping to see approval soon!

    Thank you! Since there is a choice on the i130 form to select between Consular & AOS, I would also want to know if I need to submit an i824 if it reaches the NVC. Thank you for providing this information. My understanding is that my company is submitting for Premium processing, which might reduce the processing time to a few weeks.

    Hi All, I’m from India and my wife is a US Citizen. I’ve filed for CR-1 in Nov 2021 & still awaiting approvals on i130 (Consular processing). My current employer has agreed to sponsor an L1 visa for me & traveling to start work by Jan 2023, but I am confused on how to move forward. I have couple of queries : I am anticipating my approvals for i130 before end of this year. Can I do adjustment of status (AOS) in US with my approved i130? Do we foresee any issues? If 1 is not possible, can I come back to India for interview? Thanks!
