    WEEKLY CHART UPDATE 06/12:

    Approval changes this week: +171
    RFE changes this week: +60
TOTAL NEW CHANGES (approval or RFE) : 231
480+ Other Action aka "waiting and others"
2700+ Who have heard back (either approval or RFE)

Inquiry date is currently March 20th, 2021. More May filers hearing back each day that April, so they seemed to have moved on to May, much to my own dismay as I'm one of the 400+ still waiting.

I also created a chart I'll keep updating that for now included Jan-April filers (later months to be added later on) with approvals, denials, RFE sent and received, and withdrawals included. Lots of movement this last week in Jan-March filers, so hopefully a good sign that they are going back and cleaning up those "left behind". Also, withdrawal numbers have over doubled from Jan filers to April filers. I hope this is helpful for those of us wondering how previous months look compared to our own. I will update this every week/few weeks.

Only about 15% of May 2021 cases have been processed so far, so don't worry too much! If you get an RFE (request for evidence) they will update your status to say that they mailed you a request for additional evidence. This letter will explain what you need to send and have a deadline in it.  Once you supply the additional information it will be about 3-4 weeks to get the NOA2.

I use a script to scan the data for each month and another to generate the grouping that I paste for the daily updates. It's too tedious to do this manually especially if scanning multiple months 😬. Also, I only scan cases that are I-129F (after the first time) and skip scanning cases that are approved / rejected again so months like March / April will go much faster now.

I think the case tracker app works great if you are just scanning your group though.

Hello...Welcome! I copied this post from another month so us June fillers could start tracking our process. If anything is screwed up , the fault is mine.

For those who have just filed your I-129f application with USCIS, this thread has been created for your needs and for you to be with others experiencing different aspects of this journey. This is a place to ask questions and to share experiences. All are here to learn together.

Stay patient because this is a long process currently running 10-13 months for your NOA2 or petition approval by USCIS (first stage). Then your petition will be sent to NVC (second stage) and finally your interview at the embassy (third stage).  Also, do not compare yourself to others....Some will receive NOA-2 faster than others, some will be stuck at NVC for longer and then finally some will receive interviews fairly quickly at embassy. STAY PATIENT!

Please create the timeline in your profile. Also note that USCIS goes by "Received date" :

    Example
    I-129 F Sent -  March 31, 2022
    I-129 F Received - April 1, 2022 (NOA-1)
    I-129 F - Notice Date - April 4, 2022

In this example your NOA-1 should be April 1. This will help you fill out your timeline properly.
