I have tried calling USCIS #1(800)375-5283 and 1(212)620-3418 but both was a recording machine. Anyone knows other number besides these so I can talk to a live agent?

If youre in this thread it usually means USCIS has approved your petition and its time for NVC to do their thing. If youre wondering about your petition and if its been sent to the NVC then you can start by submitting a public inquiry. Then depending on your situation they will say yes we have it and are working on entering it into our system or they will say no we dont have it yet but you can email NVC research and they will reach out to USCIS on the the status/location of your petition. With their new system would be so hard to reach to them with phone. I tried 100 different ways but no luck, the best way to reach to a live agent should be through Emma...

Hi everyone, just to let you know that after inquiring again at NVC this week they confirmed our petiton is about to be entered into their system.
From what we heard from uscis it looks like they received it at about 42 days after NOA2. (NOA2 on 8 May)
Hopefully it will be sent to the Paris embassy very soon! crossing fingers again and wishing everyone luck !!
 

how did you contact the nvc? by phone or email? congratulations!!

The first time we contacted them on June 12th using the NVC contact form. 
The second time we emailed directly at nvcresearch@state.gov like they advised us to do. We also joined a scanned copy of our Notice of Approval.

Good one. Next time ask the agents credential, like employee number. That way he/she cannot give you false hope. 

you can chat at uscis emma, search for it and you can find it, choose others and then keep writing live agent, and eventually you will get there

hi just an update, an another agent of USCIS confirmed that my NVC received my application on 06/15/23, my NOA2 is 4th may, NVC has not confirmed it yet though, 

It’s hard to believe they’re starting for May. I don’t see petitions being sent from April filers yet. I don’t understand. 

Many May cases are now reaching NVC, I am crossing fingers that it is a sign they are getting faster. I am reaching 50 days and will inquire again at the end of next week.

Actually I think K1's are moving pretty fast now through US Embassy Manilla which is a huge reversal from a year ago. I think they cleared their legendary K1 backlog. It would be nice if they could prioritize both spousal visas AND fiancee visas at the same time, but it seems they flip flop prioritizing one or the other.

I checked out the timeline for IR-1/CR-1 group, their noa2 to nvc received is within the same  month of noa2......
K1 must be in the bottom of the barrel.... 

They received my case in NVC, waiting for data entry...🎉

I received it on April 3, 2023.

So excited! Just got notified that our case is in transit! 
 
NOA2: March 14th
NVC received: June 1st
NVC left: June 20th

I just sent NVC an inquiry on Friday. I'll keep posted here

Thanks but, too soon for congrats lol... My fiance and I lost our faith on USCIS and waiting for NVC to actually confirm that.
I called USCIS, talk to the live agent and asked for tier 2 agent who took around 30 days to call me back/email me. You can also chat to a live agent through Emma and ask for tier 2. 

those  nazis I cant believe they went back 30 years. oh well I least its all over now for the longest part of the process.
