  1. Well.I apologized! May I ask what consulate/embassy would accept a scanned copy?
  2. why are you spewing out lies?
  3. You have a point on I-134. So the reason behind uscis not sending the noa2 to nvc is because they are backlog? I checked on the vj timelines and noticed February was the last month filers waited only for 30 days. Then came March at 60 days. Then cricket for April. It doesnt make sense. does not add up.
  4. On a separate subject. has anyone been filling out their I-34 form yet? this form is confusing as hell....
  5. I dont get it. if you go to the link for nvc web and read about their timeframe. they are operating at a normal pace. They have the current creation timeframe and case review within a few weeks..
  6. Hello, I have a question and its not related to your post. I´d like to ask you about your I-134 affidavit of support forms. Did you mail the forms to your fiancee or send it through the email as attachment? Thanks.
  7. I dont think the backlog is at nvc. Its the transition between uscis and nvc. According to this, they are right on time: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html When we get our noa2, uscis is done with us. they have nothing to do with us anymore. the travel time between them and nvc is very slow. my opinion.
  8. So it’s not nvc fault? It’s Uscis issues about NOT sending it right away. It doesn’t make sense. Uscis has done with their part. They got nothing to do with our petition anymore.
  9. There was a post here about a few months ago. They think that if your embassy has a backlog, Uscis will hold your petition until the embassy catch up. I don’t know if it’s true.
  10. It’s reported somewhere here that it’s taking 90 days for nvc to process. Does anyone know if nvc is processing by received date or they skip around just like Uscis do.
  11. Did you folks mail the I-134 affidavit of support form or sent it in email?
  12. Hello Bro, your I-134 form affidavit of support. Did you mail it to her or sent through email using attachment? Thanks.
  13. Thanks for posting this. My noa2 is valid for 3 months as well. No word from nvc at the moment.
  14. It can take up to six weeks for an approved petition from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to arrive at the National Visa Center (NVC). Once we receive it, we will enter your petition into the U.S. Department of State's database systems. For current processing times, please visit our website at https://nvc.state.gov/timeframes for English and https://nvc.state.gov/plazos for Spanish. If your approved petition was sent to NVC later than the listed processing times, you do not need to take any action. If your petition was approved before the dates NVC is working on, please send us a scanned copy of your I-797 or I-171 Notice of Action - Approval Notice. You can attach it to an email and send it to nvcresearch@state.gov. · In the subject line of your email, please type only the receipt number from your I-797 Approval Notice. · If you have more than one petition, send a separate email for each petition · Once we receive the copy of your approval notice, we will contact USCIS to find your petition. Before you send us an email, please check your Notice of Action and make sure it says your petition was approved and sent to NVC. If it says that USCIS kept your petition, or if it is not an approval, contact USCIS for more information. You can contact them on their website at https://uscis.gov, or by telephone at 1-800-375-5283. can someone explain this to me in larmanś term?

  16. I have the same speculation as well. the more complex an application is , the more likely it gets taken to the back burner. its a human nature. nobody likes to work hard. moral of this is, make your application short and sweet, dont make it convoluted. For future K1 filers.
  17. so its not mandatory to bring son with her during interview? my fiancee and I are planning to have him follow to join process.
  18. You’re coming up for 60days. You should get it in a few days. Let us know.
  19. Congratulations. So it took them 19 days case creation plus 60 days transition from Uscis to nvc?
  20. is there a way to find out how to check if my noa2 has left uscis and making its way to nvc?
