    I sent in my original divorce decree. there is a chatter about uscis want the original divorce decree and not a copy be given to them.

    so my fiancee has a child, he just turn 15 years old. hopefully she will be going to her interview in a few months. I read somewhere that she needs to bring her child to the interview with her. My question is , does her child needs to have his passport during the interview?

    based on my researched, there are only 3 items that are coming from me(petitioner). 1)unexpired US passport. 2) divorce decree. 3) birth certificate. the rest are from her.

    my fiancee is trying to schedule her cfo prior to obtaining her visa. I sent her all the required documents from me, like , us passport, birth certificate. But she also mention about my police clearance? where do I get this document from? do I need to produce this?

    Hi! Just got approved for noa2, what is your status from nvc? Heard anything yet? What can I do while waiting? Any forms to fill out and have it ready? Thanks.
