  1. CFO counseling visa not required, it’s in their website instructions.
  2. My fiancée is trying to do the same and this is what she found out:
  3. Email nvc through public inquiry. You should have your nvc received by now. I noticed they don’t notify us anymore unless by persistent inquiry’s. After 60 days, I was sending weekly inquiries.
  4. I know that the first part of this process is very inconsistent from USCIS. How about from nvc side of the house. how consistent are they? Has anyone keeping track on how they issue case number? Do they follow their timeframes to the T.
  5. Also, nvc is using several contractors for their inquiry department. They use this contractor for this OP, mines is different contractor answered my inquiry. Raine | Inquiry Management Department of State CA/VO/DO/NVC LDRM | DTSV | Contractor
  6. Im having same issue. I had to lie 1 day short of 2 months for the system to accept. In reality, it took more than 2 months. Are we the only one having this technical issue?
  7. have your fiancee create an account at cfo website. go to Philippines section and post your questions there. your question is country specific. lots of veterans who can help you there
  8. It is for face to face seminar. And clicking from her email to confirm giving her an error message. She does not have a barcoded appointment sheet. All she has a confirmation number and date but no time of day. she does not have a visa at the moment and no nvc number. Maybe this is why she having an error message?
  9. My fiancee was able to secure a cfo seminar this July. They gave her confirmation number and a date. However they left out the time of the day of the class. Is this normal? Can she just show up at 8am?
  10. No Consulate : Manila, Philippines I-129F Sent : 2021-10-20 I-129F NOA1 : 2021-10-25 I-129F RFE(s) : 2023-02-01,2023-03-24 RFE Reply(s) : 2023-03-07,2023-04-21 I-129F NOA2 : 2023-05-26 just want to share this filer. nvc received was July 11, but noa2 was May 26. noa1 was back in Oct 2021. I wonder if they felt sorry for him that is why they processed him before us. I think this is the reason why case creation is not consistent.
  11. Is it really taking 30 days? I think some people getting processed less than that.
  12. I did not make this up. I’m reading too much misinformation. I came across with this site.
  13. After receiving this letter from nvc. In the case status in UCSIS page suppose to show “case was sent to the Department of State “ . If it does not show, they’re lying to us.
  14. According to NVC timeframe, creation time is 35 days and review time is 17 days. Total of 52 days. Am I reading this right? It would take 52 days our petition stays with them from received to leave from nvc.
  15. Next week Monday, I would try to do live chat with USCIS and ask them where my petition is.
  16. I noticed at the bottom of this letter, it is issued by Pamela contractor agency. So all this letter we are receiving from nvc is being sent by this contractor agency not an nvc agent.
  17. The sticker would go on her passport not on her visa. Also cfo seminar is taking one month or longer to find an open spot.
  18. Thanks, did you get your case number yet? My fiancee already made an appointment for cfo class this month.
  19. Thanks! what is the standard days of wait until I get case number? did you get the same generic message as well? how long did you have to wait?
  20. when I email nvc yesterday, this is their response. Is this real or just a generic answer? anyone else has this generic answer from them?
  21. Sometimes it’s hard to come here and read all these good news post. Noa2 is May 02😂
