  1. Received the interview date this morning. 2023-07-17 for 2023-09-12
  2. No, we haven’t received the interview appointment date yet. Based on another user going through Lima, I’m expecting the interview letter around a month after DQ, and an interview date around two months after that. So, about 3 months after DQ. That’s the only estimate I have.
  3. And me, too, please. Submitted 5/3 RFI 5/18 Resubmit 5/18
  4. You should add it on ceac if possible. The public inquiry seems pretty useless in my experience.
  5. It’s back to normal again for me, too. Hopefully the people that paid twice can get refunded without too much trouble.
  6. I just logged in and saw the maintenance notice. Hopefully that will fix everything.
  7. This looks fun... Going around in circles with canned responses and a broken payment system.
  8. So, they just completely ignored the bank statement you sent and didn't do a review like they're supposed to?
  9. I just got the same notices this morning and then sent proof of payment. Payments cleared two weeks ago and all documents submitted last week. I think their system has problems.
  10. I looked again and think I missed a document from the country specific documents list. The general documents page and document list on the ceac page aren’t complete for my case. I’ll correct that and resubmit.
  11. 5/4 for us. Received an email and a message today "NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and https://nvc.state.gov." Nothing appears missing and there aren't any notes saying what the problem is. It seems to be a glitch in the system or maybe human error.
  12. June 2022 here, was just approved last week. Filed for K3 in March. It seems like it might have sped up the process, but there's no way to know for certain. Case was listed as under active review since end of January.
  13. To clarify, my question was about getting the 10 year vs 2 year conditional visa. If we're married at least 2 years when the visa is issued, then she would receive the IR 10 year visa. If it's less than 2 years, then she would receive the CR 2 year visa. If the process is going to be close to the 2 year mark, then we might want to slightly delay things to avoid removal of conditions. But it was hard to find at what point in the process they determine the 2 year anniversary mark and 10 year or 2 year visa. Eventually I found that they use the date of US entry. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/family-immigration/immigrant-visa-for-spouse.html#12
