    Hello everyone. I recently reached out to my congressman regarding my I-130 petition. He said that it will probably be 30-60 days before he receives a response from them. My question is does your congressman reaching out to uscis really help at all? Will I probably get my approval before they get a response?

    I was told by my congressman team today that they would submit an inquiry for me but it could take 30 to 60 days for them to get a response. They said that uscis is behind because they are prioritizing afghan and Ukraine refugees first. Hopefully get my approval before they get a response

    Hello everyone. I know that my husband will need vaccinations before immigrating here to the United States. He does not have any of those vaccines at the moment. My question is once he has his medical exam appointment will they give him the required vaccines while at the exam or does he need to get them before his exam?

    I have seen where a lot of June filers are getting approved. That means it’s been taking people about 10.5 to 11 months to get approved so hopefully we all will be hearing something by July

    Would you recommend doing your taxes on your own or actually going to a tax office when it comes to this stuff?

    All of this information is so helpful. I had no idea my husband does not need an ITIN number if we file MFS. We will absolutely amend my tax return once his visa is issued and he arrives
