Hi All, I have received my RCMP clearance in April 2022 and Indian PCC in May 2022. I have uploaded both for NVC to review and they have accepted it. Since then I have only travelled to the states. I am expecting IL in couple months, do you know if I will need to apply for both(RCPM and Indian) police clearances or just RCMP? Since I did not go to india, my understanding is that I will not need it but I just want to confirm.

Congratulations! It seems like consulate people is working hard to get the backlog cleared! When I check montreal consulate's website, it says, they are currently sending ILs to April 2022's documentarily qualified cases. However here we are seeing people getting invited who DQ in March/April 2022. Is this because what consulate website is showing is for all F category cases and what we are seeing is mainly for F2A categories? Is it fair to say that our googlesheet tracker is accurate and if DQ in Oct 2022, I should expect IL in arround 6-7 months time?

Thanks for the clarification! By tracking the spreadsheet from last couple months, it seems like the wait time for ILs are decreasing exponentially. I hope the trend continue

Hi All, I recently got DQ'd on Oct 5th and I was checking the expected Interview date and found some conflicting information. As per Montreal Consulate website, they are sending invites for applications DQ'd on July 2022. and from the excel sheet for F2A it appears that people are receiving ILs for applications DQ'd on Feb 2022. Does anyone know why is that? or I am missing something. Does F2A category count as "Immediate Relative and fiancé(e)"?

@Izax Did you said you received IL for F2A file that got DQ on 2nd of September 2022? Or am I ready something wrong?

@Blueeyes1989 it was my mistake in reading it. It was C21 which is F2A . So from what you said, I should be looking at F tracker, which means I am looking at least 2 years to get the interview letter from the day I get NVC approval.

@Blueeyes1989 my visa category is shown as CR1 in NVC portal but my wife is a greencard holder. Is this even possible? I am even more confused now. My understanding was that IR1/CR1 is for spose of US Citizens and F2A is for spouse of PR.

@Blueeyes1989 Yes It was approved in the begging of this year. I am checking IR/CR tracker and I do not see Visa Catagory Column, How can I find out which one is IR1 and Which one is CR1?

I am seeing couple of people got ILs who DQ'd in March and April of 2021. However consulate's website is showing they are sending IL's to people who DQ's in July 2020. Does that mean they are speeding up the processes. I am confused. My Wife(a greencard holder) petitioned for me in September 2021 and I am hoping to receive DQ this month. What will be the current wait time for me? Thanks In advance!
