not to rain on your parade, but movement in December in the next 60 days is very unlikely (not impossible, but very unlikely!) remember: they have to first finish September, October, and November before they get to December. And they are not even halfway done with August yet. it's good to have positivity but also be a bit realistic so that you're not disappointed when the time comes of course, it would be amazing if they could finish cases for the remainder of 2021, but i'm honestly not sure why this December thread has so many updates when - like i said before - they are not even halfway done with August yet! 😅 just my opinion of course. keep up the positivity and manifest that they will get these months done the good news is September has a lot fewer cases than August, so completing September should be a breeze!

They are posting in the october 2022 NVC to embassy thread, not October 2021 i-129f filers so don't worry! My prediction is they will start working on September cases around the 17th of November

it seems like we're going to start gearing up for August approvals soon. is anyone willing to take on daily updates for August once we start seeing consistent action? we're thinking USCIS will begin working on august within the next 2 weeks. so maybe for someone to start running daily scans!?

I'm still in the process, so I can't tell you much. But we are a lesbian couple where the beneficiary's country does not allow same-sex marriage I am scared that they might reject my fiancee at her embassy because they could make up some reason to deny her when it's really because the officer was simply homophobic... Just the many things we have to deal with not being in straight relationships, unfortunately.. Good luck to you and wish you all the best!

Ohh, I hope you're right about that. I'm an October '21 filer myself, so I've been anticipating that it will be early January when we see an NOA2.. This is definitely good news but I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much. Let's just stay positive and hope they keep progressing!
