Well USCIS has charged my credit card so i suppose that's a good sign. Still no notice of acceptance though.

Same boat here. Coming up on 3 weeks since it was delivered. I did try Emma and finally got a live chat with someone. Gave name, address, birthday and phone number only to be told there was no record of our case in their files. Ho hum. 

Thanks. Unfortunately that's the issue currently. Been 3 weeks and still no AOS acceptance notice yet.

Oh it’s incredibly frustrating 😅 Chicago seemed to be moving kinda quickly with other people so I had high hopes, but they really proved me wrong haha. 
I’m hoping it just hasn’t been put in yet and it’s not just lost in a mail room somewhere.

I’m currently in the same position. I sent mine to the Lockbox in Chicago with UPS. It was delivered to the mailroom and signed by someone on Jan 31st, still have yet to hear anything from USCIS. 

I don’t know where you heard that. We sent ours to Pheonix, as per the USCIS website. UPS. But ours has disappeared. It was confirmed received in Tempe, at the ‘dock’ by a guy named De Jesus, 2 weeks ago, and then…. Nothing. Check has not been cashed. No text. No email. No returned papers. Nothing. Just POOF. Disappeared. . 
 
Rather frustrating when others that sent theirs the same time to Chicago box already have biometrics scheduled.

Hello. According to the official I-134 instructions, a scanned copy of the original with handwritten signature should be fine. https://www.uscis.gov/i-134. 

According to the I-134 official instructions, a scanned copy of the original with inked handwritten signature is valid for submission. However, with that said it never hurts to be absolutely certain to have the originals. https://www.uscis.gov/i-134

This issue with the original/scanned/wet signature/photocopy/etc version of I-134 is a constant thing here on VJ.
 
My final position is: check with your embassy. They should accept a legible photocopy of the original wet signature form as per form rules. Also hard to differentiate a legible, clean scan of the original one and the original in black ink. Embassy is department of state, but the form is from USCIS. That’s why it gets confusing.
 
I had to check with mine and they told me a scanned was just fine. I suggest you do that too if you’re worried. I did that because I freaked out due to this misinformation from one of the filers in my country. Not every petitioner can be present at the time of the interview and not every country has a cheap and reliable post service (it would cost us $150 for him to send me one single page of the form).

The waiting time for NOA2 and NVC stage is like forever but once you’re done with medical, its like a torpedo to get to VOH…still surreal.

I got the FTP email with case number etc!!.. so happy!… can we begin the DS-160 before we have an interview date?… anything else we can do before the embassy contacts us that they officially have our case? (The FTP email says it could take a few weeks before they contact us… we are Bangkok, Thailand embassy btw)

Here is where you can register for either document delivery or pickup. Everyone in my circle says its best to do pickup because of potential issues/delays related to delivery especially in the Philippines. Below is the exact verbiage which is in my packet IV email from the manila embassy. We selected document pickup. It will take you through steps of selecting which location you want to pick up from.

Each applicant must have a registered delivery address. Prior to the interview, register online at https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-iv-documentdelivery.asp.  Failure to do so will result in the delayed delivery of the passport and visa.

Yes the online classes have been canceled indefinitely with no eta on when or if they will resume. My Fiance's interview is Sept 21 and we were going to do the online version but like you we found out they have been canceled. Debby will take cfo at manila location. Sorry i dont have any specifics on the davao location but you could try youtube for some helpful vids.

OK, so I'm officially starting to get slightly concerned now.. Still no case number after 91 days, and the NVC hasn't replied to our last public inquiry (sent nearly 2 weeks ago on July 26th). Anyone else over the three-month mark and still in limbo?

After 83 days from our NOA2, today my fiancé received our case number through inquiry. I couldn't be happier, hopefully we will make it for the next shipment dates 🤞

NVC inquiry saying received - July 5 2023
Case Number - August 8 2023
 
Using the Julian Calendar dates, it appears our case was just created today, August 8th. 
 
Very slow process to say the least. Here’s to hoping we get shipped next week! 
 
I think things are slowing down even more at the NVC, at least for inquiries. Earlier in the process I was hearing back in 3-4 days. Now a solid 7-8. 
 
It appears currently about 90 days NOA1 until Case number available.
