Does anyone know what the cut off day is to make next weeks shipping round? Using the Julian calendar, it appears our case was created on August 8th. Thanks for any information!

Got our case number today through public inquiry. NOA 1 - May 11 2023 NVC inquiry saying received - July 5 2023 Case Number - August 8 2023 Using the Julian Calendar dates, it appears our case was just created today, August 8th. Very slow process to say the least. Here’s to hoping we get shipped next week! I think things are slowing down even more at the NVC, at least for inquiries. Earlier in the process I was hearing back in 3-4 days. Now a solid 7-8. It appears currently about 90 days NOA1 until Case number available. Good luck everyone!

Hello all! Got our NOA2 today. Below is our timeline in case anyone else gets an RFE so you can compare. NOA1 - Feb 28 2022 RFE - April 10 2023 RFER - April 20 2023 NOA2 - May 12 2023 Our RFE was for bona fide intent to marry evidence and was over 150 pages thick. I was very surprised and happy at the speed in which they worked through ours considering how large it was. Not sure if that was luck or just the normal speed. We are heading over to the NVC May 2023 group now but just wanted to shout out to Bh_sarah and everyone else for the detailed recording daily and support. Those charts were my LIFELINE the past 2 months. I wish everyone still waiting the best of luck and I know I will be seeing your names soon in the NVC group!

Hello again everyone! I will be honest this past week was pretty awful after getting the RFE news on 4/10. Spent the whole week watching my Informed Delivery! I was a little more bent out of shape than normal I think because the request was for additional evidence and not initial. But today my RFE arrived to the mail box. 4/17. Exactly 1 week to the day. I live in North Carolina so the letter had to travel coast to coast. Hoping to give everyone else some insight on that. Our NOA1 is 2/28/22. The RFE requested more evidence for a Bona Fide Intent To Marry. More photos. Chat logs. Travel proof. Etc.. Our petition was not front loaded at all and was very thin so not crazy surprised they are asking for more. We are getting everything together tonight and will have it in the mail Overnight Express back to California tomorrow. I will keep the group updated of receipt time frame and hopefully approval time frame as I seem to be the first in the group that is posting about RFE.

Hello all! Was hoping for an approval today and got the RFE news instead. 😑 Anyone here in Feb Group gotten an RFE yet? How long did it take to arrive and have you received a response yet? Feeling really down today as I did not see this coming at all. Hope its something easy and simple. Wishing everyone else lots of luck!
