When we expect to receive the other children approvals or every case different design date as may be take long time waiting for other approvals? Note: California Service Center PD: 4 October 2021 Please I need your experience about this situation.

The update is: - I-130 was approved on 3 October, 2022 -I-485 was approved on 4 October -Green Card produced on 7 October -Social Security received in today's post and issue date 3 October, 2022. Thank you to everyone who gave advice and I hope everyone is doing well. Note:- The congressman help for asking and expedite the USCIS process.

Hi They add new processing times column in the USCIS account check and you will find good information they reduced more time for US citizen petitioner for action design, I have two from relatives one for his mother and other for his wife when they check find 3 months processing time. Hope this information help you.

The officer said that he will waved i130 and to approved in system but this is only variable we need to be sure.

Hello, I apologize for the delay in updating my timeline. On May 6, 2022. We received a notice of the interview schedule date on June 16, 2022 yesterday. The interview details are as follows: Where is the petitioner who must be present with you? and how old are you, And where is the original marriage contract, given that he is 21 years old and does not need the presence of the petitioner with him, and there is no request in the interview notification regarding the marriage contract, a copy or original, after which she took the passport and the original birth certificate from him, and she said to him, “You will save me time for the next interview.” He asked her: Is this good to you? and she said yes and then he asked her is it good for me and she said yes and I will waved the I-130 and I will approved in the system.
