I just had my interview at the Chicago field office. Interview lasted about 10 minutes with only yes or no questions.
Officer said he needs to review the file one more time and handed me a paper.
I guess it’s the waiting game now.

I got my ead approved. applied new on june 25th 2021.

Many of you remember me. I had a 204c FRAUD CHARGE on my I-130 that came last March 2021 while my i360 was pending already. even @sandranj gave me less than 1% chance. Many people here encouraged me but gave me less chance since I had a fraud charge
I received NOID on my i360 last November asking me a list of things that seemed impossible (I posted my  NOID notice here) but I tried to gather proofs. Sent response to NOID on January 31, 22 and today booooommmm card production.  Applied i360 October, 2019.

I finally got my green card in hand. They had sent it to my lawyer's office.
I just wanted to encourage everyone who is waiting for their day to come. Even though you are going through this scary roller coaster now, just know it will eventually come to a stop. So just hang on tight, don't give up, don't loose hope keep fighting and  keep going.
I have been through it all, Bad marriage, Stokes, Removal Proceedings and even Arrest record. All this to say if my roller coaster came to a stop, so will yours. Have faith and stay strong. Even if you loose hope, because I know I did many times,  pick yourself up and keep pushing. 
Many of us, as we are waiting we miss out on alot of things like weddings, baby showers, graduations, separation from children we left behind, missing our families and even sad events like funerals. You have to believe the Supreme Being who brought you here will take good care of you. Your prayers and your tears will not be in vain. You will win!

This update is on my daughters I-485. My I360 and I485 is yet to be updated. If I remember correctly reading other peoples experiences, it’s normal for them to approve the children first right.

I am a silent reader in this forum . This forum is more powerful than even hiring a lawyer . I have a lawyer but I gathered all my knowledge here by reading through all the threads and I just want to say a big Thank You to @Stillwinning!!!😊 @sandraj and all the other guys who always chimed in to educate us all on this forum. My journey started in 2019 and it was one of the hardest and most devastated year of my life but with God and you guys I was able to find some strength to do this. I’m a oct 2019 filer and I got my first RFE august 2021and I was so frustrated and depressed all over again with sleepless nights etc but today God showed up and I got a notification for my I 360 that a new card is being produced . I cried with a sense of relief that finally they approved my case . For all of you guys waiting for your case to be adjudicated don’t lose hope just believe in God and take advice from all the educated people on this forum . It’s worth it than even hiring a lawyer . Again Thank you , Thank you all and God’s richest blessings 🙏🏽🙏🏽

A wife was invited out for a night with the "girls."  She promised her husband that she would be back by midnight.
 
The hours passed, and the margaritas went down way too easily.  Around 3 a.m., the rather loaded wife headed for home.
 
Just as she got in the door, the cuckoo clock in the hallway cuckooed 3 times.  Quickly, realizing that her husband would probably wake up, the wife cuckooed another 9 times, to equal 12:00 midnight.  She was really proud of herself for coming up with such a quick-witted solution in order to escape a conflict.
 
The next morning, her husband asked her what time she had returned home.  The wife said, "Midnight."  He didn't seem angry in the least, and the wife thought that she had gotten away with it.
 
Then he said, "We need a new cuckoo clock."
 
The wife asked him why.  He said, "Well, last night, our clock cuckooed 3 times, then said, 'Oh, [bleep].'  It cuckooed 4 more times, cleared its throat, cuckooed another 3 times, giggled, cuckooed twice more, and then tripped over the coffee table and passed gas."

 Finally my card in hand. Below is my timeline:
 
2018: I-486 and I-130 submitted.
Oct 2019: I-360 submitted. My attorney requested the local office hold I-485 waiting for I-360 decision
Jul 2021: C31 was issued after 3 PFs, no RFEs
Sep 2021: I-360 approval letter was issued
Nov 2021: Interview notice for I-485 was issued. 
Dec 21 2021: Interviewed
Jan 6 2022: Card was ordered
Jan 18 2022: Card in hand.
 
I hope that my sharing will help you. 

Below is my timeline 
1:- i360, i765 (c31) and i485 package sent all together in July 2019 . I did send my medicals at the same time too
2:- case was received 08/01/2019 
3:- biometrics October 2019 n RFE was sent in the same month for good faith marriage and good moral character. So i send letters from friends , family and tons of pictures. Police clearance from my county and the country i lived before. 
4:- RFE was sent in December and after that it was a complete silence. 
5:- i360 was approved 04/29/2021
6:- i765 c31 got approved on 07/14/2021. Yes i lived without and EAD for all that long because of my lawyer’s mistake . She never agreed to do c09. I would recommend everyone to apply c09 if you have your i485 concurrent too.
7:- I didn’t receive any transfer notice for i485 or nothing after my i360 approval. So i did inquire through my congress man in October 2021 and after couple of weeks they send me bio appointment for i485
8:- bio done for i485 on 12/09/2021
9:- New card is being produced for i485 on 01/13/2022. There was no interview , No medical being asked again.

i am writing this post with mix of emotions, As my vawa journey has finally came to an end.! YES.!! My i485 status shows New card is being produced.!!!! Yehhhhh.!! I only did post a question about i485 couple of days ago n guess what i just got it today. It is still so hard for me to believe that it has actually happened. I would like to thank each and everyone of you because you guys r the best. Giving each other strength and courage throughout the journey , has made it so easier for us. Whoever is waiting i will say it will surely happen one day to all of you as well. Just keep your faith in Almighty. Stay strong. I will share my timeline in the next post..! 

God is Great.!! God is everything and my life belongs to god.!!! Today, My status changed to my new card is being produced. This forum is my virtual family for life. Hello everyone,
I was here before under the username cashweed. I lost my login details and wasn't able to login again. 
I applied for my vawa from outside US and it got a message today that it has been approved. I am yet to receive the letter which I hope comes soon. 
I got a noid for shared residence. And first it was returned because I had changed my address. I later on requested for a new one. And was able to explain what was missing and added some more evidence.  After about a month and half I finally got an approval.  
I said before that I will come back to write about my outcome regardless what it is. There is still a long way to go. But I hope this message gives some hope to those who are waiting from abroad.

Sep '19 - I-360 and I-485 filed
Oct '19 - Biometrics 
Jan '20 - Received EAD
Consistently received Prima Facie
Apr '21 - I-360 New Card is being produced
June '21 - I-360 Approved 
Oct '21 - Another Biometrics for 485
Nov '21 - Reached to Senator's office as my 485 is out of processing times
Dec '21 - Received interview schedule
