Congratulations on your vawa approval. Here is my timeline: i-360 & i-485 on 10/3/2019 i-360 approved on 8/31/2021(but the letter received in October, 2021) i-485 transferred 10/29/2021 REF for i-693 6/2022 RFE was submitted 7/7/2022 no update on my case status online for about 2 months.. New card is being produced on my i-485 status 9/3/2022 wish more approvals rain here!

Good morning everyone! I submitted my medical rfe in early July but no update till yesterday. as always, I opened my phone and checked my case. And..I just got the notification of “new card is being produced“ on my i-485. when I get the approval and receive the card, I will update….! Thank you so much for the supportive group here..!!

@shiva32 As you know, I am in the same shoe as yours. I sent my rfe in early July but haven’t heard anything yet. I understand how you would feel because I became also a bit impatient after the response. However, based on my research for the last couple months, there is no specific timeline that FO/ IO must finish their job after the rfe even if we feel it’s unfair. I believe all the advice from people who are sharing their experiences and knowledge generously here is very valuable. So do what you can and think right thing to do. But also what we need to do might be really surrendering in a way. Focus on what you can and what you have, don’t loose hope it will be done sometime soon. Hope everyone can hear good news soon…! We all are on the same boat. At least, not alone anymore..!

It means your c31 work permit issued (soon you will get the approval letter for i-360). I think your AOS (i-485) is moved to NBC from Vermont center for “faster process”.
