Thank you both for your replies. I just get so frustrated with all of these ridiculous delays as we are respecting immigration laws and are penalized for it. Whereas people jump our borders illegally and our government wants to grant them amnesty for disrespecting our laws.

God willing, my cousin who is entering politics, will be able to make some changes to the system. Sorry for the rant, but I'm just frustrated with all of this stuff. I really need to go hit the weight room, but I have work first, lol

Man this happened quick, was figuring late July - August but June 18!!! Wow, could barely find a flight that wasn't booked and was freaking out. Found that then the great paperwork race for the I-134, easy to do but not when self employed without 125% income. Assets galore and stuff to sell so we are at the mercy of the consulate. My Bhing hasn't slept good in 2 weeks poor thing. Hotels booked, cell phone with new sim, the knowledge of the right arrival lane in manila, knowing where she will meet me in the garage, I learned so much the first visit man. I dread the flight but shortly 1 leg of the trip will be over and hopefully with visa in hand she will be coming back on the 26th, if not I will have to perform magic!

Thanks for everyone posts and knowledge here, if not for this I would most likely still be lost!

TOR, SO and other school documents pa CAV mo tpos sasabihin mo kailangan mo ng red ribbon nito, kc requirements to work aboard sla yung mag-forward sa DFA then u can choose to pick up in manila o antayin mo kailan ma-release sa Davao office.

Note : they give me white slip na may date kailan pueding ma-pick up and i picked up my school docs. when i was in manila.

(is this true?) i have our boarding passes, with bunch of our trips.. uh what else...his bank accounts, his mutual fund reports..emails.. bunch of emails. chat logs.. although they were just cut and paste.. do you think we are cool?

i had a problem with the text msg from delbros.. it kept on saying that im sending incomplete info or invalid format..but im sure it was correct. so i called up delbros and was able to talk to roby. I had my TOR, College Diploma and S.O. (Special Order) authenticated at CHED right after college graduation... after a few years I went back to college to earn 21units in B.S. Education just enough to qualify me to take the Licensure Exam for Teacher. After that, I enrolled in the graduate school taking up Master's in Education majoring in SPED.

My question: Is it a must for me to have my latest TOR authenticated by CHED or the TOR with school seal enough?

My husbands supposes it is not necessary at all because: we have and I-130 NOA-2 approved, and cause the Americans already could get convinced in our true relationship, I mean they checked all info and there is no reason to bring again all 100000 documents to the interview...

Note: no need of bring 100000 copies just have lastest of emails,chatlogs,phonebills,cards,money transfer, pictures.
