    filed I-360 & I- 485 on 03/28/2019 fingerprinted on 08/29/2019 Divorced my wife on 12/09/2019 Filed a Mandamus writ on 05/28/2022 I-360 approved on 06/16/2022 I-485 Interview on 08/05/2022 and approved same day. This forum gave me hope and kept me believing that my turn to celebrate shall surely come sooner than later. It was this forum I learnt about the Mandamus writ. Thank you all for your encouragement, the insight and prayers. For those applicants who are still patiently waiting, don't ever give up, you'll celebrate at the end.     Please what are the possible implication. The disadvantages regarding future application?

    Good day all, Pease I need your candid advice on filling a writ of mandamus after 38 months of silence from USCIS on my I-360. Is there any disadvantage to this? I have exhausted all the available tools to inquire. Pending security checks for more than a year now. I have not had any issue with the police or be convicted in any way. Am scared to be honest. Please advice. Thanks
