  1. The medical center just told me they had sent a physical copy of my medical results to the embassy. I've reached out to the embassy to ask if they gave me a packet, but no answer yet. Any idea how to get complete certainty? I appreciate that the mention written on my visa is encouraging, but I'm not sure if that gives certainty?
  2. Hi, I have received my IR1 visa in my passport recently. I'm planning to enter the US soon with it. Problem is: I don't recall if they also gave me a Visa Packet or not together with my passport. I don't recall receiving a Visa Packet (i.e. the sealed enveloppe to show at the border that includes your medical and other stuff) and I can't find any Packet in my house, but at the same time it's possible that they did and I forgot about it. I'm trying hard to remember, but I'm just really confused (it doesn't help that I've been reading a ton of forum posts talking about this Visa Packet, so maybe I imagined it?). When I retrieved my passport I was so excited that it distracted me... I don't want to fly to the US and then be rejected at the border because I forgot my Packet. How do I get certainty that I did or did not receive a Visa Packet? Who can I call/contact you think? FYI in my visa it says "212(g)(2)(B)" and "IV DOCS IN CCD", but according to the paper instructions I received with the passport, that means I MAY have not received a Packet, not that it's SURE I have not received a packet... Thanks!
