    This is what I knew sometimes can happen within the frame workload. If the documents you uploaded are deemed Document Qualified (DQ), NVC schedules the embassy interview. Currently, this is taking about 2 weeks after DQ. Therefore, the current range is between 8–10 weeks to schedule the embassy interview after NVC receives all the required documents. The US Visa appointment wait times can change weekly based on workload and staff availability

    Just contact your local office as you have been told and verified, because I knew only US citizens do vote, that you can't vote when you are not a citizen. Good luck 👍.

    I don't think you have any issues to worry about as at now since you yourself had confirmed from the embassy through telephone calls and they told you that your case is under review, be patient and pray 🙏🏿 that all goes well. Good luck boss.

    The CO must have picked up something that the interviewer told him on his case for a denial returning it back to USCIS.

    This often happens because some applicants do not come prepared with all the required documents for their interview. I'm sorry to hear that. However, you have to wait until you receive the letter that state the reason why your husband was denied the visa, you will surely get that letter. Then you file for an appeal with your proof of evidence that your marriage is not a fake marriage. Start gathering all your evidence now ,waiting for that letter because it will surely get to you.     Administrative Processing (or INA 221(g)) is the term used by the U.S. Department of State when an immediate decision cannot be made by the consular officer during the visa interview. Asking as for the same officer working on the AP on your case ? I'm afraid to say no. It seems you already submitted the missing documents. I hoped you are good 👍. Just pray and wait boss.     It should be the second one, (2) OTHER . BECAUSE HE IS NOT BORN IN THE UNITED STATES AND THEN FOLLOW AS THE QUATION CONTINUE. GOOD LUCK 👍

    Sometimes it depends on the consulate you file your case , but most probably l can say no , because one of my cousin have been through before and things did go well. Be specific gather all the proof of the marriage, example: pics, any joint bank account, exchange of any letter or gift card, Flight ticket for any your to and from etc. Good luck boss 👍.

    Approximately 3 to 5 months after filing Form N-400, USCIS will mail the naturalization interview appointment notice. Make every attempt to attend the scheduled interview time. Good luck boss .

    Doing it separately will help your process in a good basis incase one been refused for a review in the system.

    The common questions usually use to be : Who is the Chief Justice of the United States now? Who was President during World War I? What is the rule of law?     Can anyone help me out, I attended my citizenship interview today, after the interview the officer said I passed the exam but why my driving license not changed to the state I have my interview for four years now. However she told me is not cool and she gave me a form N-652 and was telling me to follow the instructions on form N-14 . That my decision can't be taken now . Please what does that mean, any advice is welcome 🙏🏿
