Hi, we have seen this with a numerous amount of cases, for some reason the dates on the websites are changing and we don't know why, I would just go off the date on the notice you received and ignore the website.

I didn't realize they were still so many to be processed for February. All the holidays coming up and vaccine mandates, i know they are severely understaffed.  Its just a terrible situation right now. Don't give up hope Feb filers! it will come when you least think about it

Ugh, 230 days!  The wait is killing me.  I just got back from Russia.  I was really hoping we'd get approval notification while I was visiting....  Congratulations to all those who have been approved!!  I really hope this is the longest step in the process.

I’m so excited  for all of you!! 😊
I can’t describe how thrilled I was when we got ours. I couldn’t sit still for like and hour!!
it was October 13th at 06.15 am California time!!! I couldn’t believe it. I live in Spain so I use to start up my day checking on the uscis even when they didn’t even start working 😆 and that Monday I looked around 2.00pm my time and nothing. Almost an hour later I saw the notification was there!
It’s a mystery how it works, right?! 🤷🏻‍♀️
It’s been a week since we got it and now we are praying to get the welcome letter ASAP.

    cheers!!!

It will take 3-6 weeks for your papers to get to USCIS to NVC officially. Once at NVC, you can request to get it expedited. Depends on the embassy but in Manila the interview date is 3 weeks from the approval to expedite from NVC. It'll save alot of time.

    Hi Guys Midweek update
pretty slow last couple of days, Next update coming over the weekend.

Also, I have attached two items here one is based on dates one is basically 500 blocks of WAC Numbers in case someone is wondering.

PS: Long time coming, we got our NOA2 today. Thanks to case tracker app I got a notification around 5pm (Central time) It felt surreal as I was waiting for an RFE as mine is a little complicated case.

Stay strong all who are still waiting, it is just time and it shall too pass

Not much movement in the last week. 5 Feb cases approved so I'm not going to post the spreadsheet. We should start to see more movement by the middle of the month.

Here's the updated list. I pulled all WAC #s from 49000 to 59000 and should have nearly every Feb case. A few that got early approvals might be off by a day or two. Having done this, I know I do not have the time to keep pulling the data, but I have uploaded it all to a google sheet so if anyone wants to volunteer to check a range (500 or 1000 cases) a couple of times a week using the app and update, it will help balance the work.

Also, I have these sorted by date but keep in mind NOA1s don't always happen in order. I don't really have time to set up by WAC range and then filter the data that way, but if someone else does, please go ahead.

If you're interested in volunteering to help out let me know and I will share the google sheet. You would basically just run the app to search for your assigned 500 cases, look for updates, and then update the spreadsheet to match. It's a little labor intensive, but less so than pulling the data each time. If anyone knows of a way to do it without having to send 500 cases from the app by .csv each time let me know!

Yea I don't think I'll be over by the end of the year. I'd just be happy at this rate if they open the border to allow people to actually travel. Last saw her Dec 2019 and to be honest it really gets me down having not seen her in ages. Fingers crossed for everyone!

If I suggested this in a previous reply in this post already, then disregard (or note the importance) but one thing that my fiancee asked for while we were choosing photos to pack in the I-129F packet, was for us to review our trips.  Our first meeting and trip was in Turkey (i mean when we finally met in person after talking online for a while).  We went over those pictures and it was so enjoyable to chat about it.  What we did was utilize Anydesk and I shared my screen with her.
So what i am saying out of all of this is take some time out and "sit down" and review some photos from the 2 year meeting requirement.  Talk about it with your significant other.  It might be painful to realize the current situation, but it will also remind you both of the reason you are going through this.
We delayed our visit until September for a couple of reasons, so I am figuring out something to do with her in the meantime to compare with the January "review past trips" chat.
I know we (as in all of us here) are trying to live out our daily lives as not to be pulled into a depression of "this is never going to happen," but i also believe these little things remind ourselves.  Kind of like listing reasons why you fell in love or proposed to your significant other.  I'll call this reply "Sentimental Sunday."  Stay strong everyone and don't lose hope!

They can be obtained in the UAE if you are out of the country. I did exactly that. But it is difficult - I had a friend who speaks much better Arabic than me do it. The US waives the requirement in most cases because of the difficulty obtaining them.

    @Veronka

Here's another lead. A friend here in Canada, applying for Canadian citizenship had to submit police clearance certificated from UAE because he used to work there, but now resides in Canada. This is the link from where he obtained it. No fingerprints required. You apply online, and a copy of teh police clearance is sent to you electronically. You take that to the UAE consulate in your region, and they give you an original. It was accepted by Canada and he is now a citizen of Canada.

Sorry, I said NVC because I am more familiar with IR1/CR1 process. Yes, from what little I know about K1, it sounds like US Embassy maybe the right one to contact.

That's another good option.  It doesn't hurt to try, right? I'll see if they can give me more information regarding to this issue over the phone. Thx!

    I see.

Here in Canada, one would get fingerprints for a police certificate from a notary public/ commissioner of oaths. I did this when applying for police certificates for Singapore (similar process to what it is for UAE, apply online and send fingerprints taken by an authorised party).

Try finding one in your country (notaria?)

Another option - have you tried asking the US embassy? Here they would refuse, but not sure in Chile if you are having difficulty everywhere else.
