    A July filer was approved today! Someone in the 107 group. Hard to say if it was expedited or not.

    I ran a quick scan through a few groups in May and there has been nothing new since Friday.

    I won't know precisely the details as this is not my immigration journey, but I follow immigration lawyers on Twitter, American ones, and there's a crisis on Diversity Visas, employment based ones and also the Green Card issuance. Not necessarily the time frame being twice as much but that USCIS isn't even processing those cases and once the fiscal year is over in the US, it's like they're wasted, as some categories as the diversity visa are limited per fiscal year. Our journey isn't the smoothest as K1 but pretty much everything USCIS touches is collapsing. Immigration lawyers call the present moment the worst immigration crisis they've ever seen.

    It depends on the embassy, each of them has a waiting time prediction here on VJ. Go on processing times >> K1 processing times >> scroll down to K1 visa statistics >> select last 3 months for better accuracy and scroll down until you see your embassy's name.

    Yes, it was observed last year, I suppose the same will happen this time too. 4th of July falls on a Monday as well.

    Did they touch only May cases today? Thanks for the updates! I've been noticing tons of RFEs lately, I wonder what's going on.

    If this pace is maintained, the 13 months timeline is kept. Which, honestly, is good news, as it's been only increasing since last year. For the first time, since they started to work on April 2021 cases, things have been improving. This Monday they've processed about 220 cases, which was unbelievable. I can only see the waiting times getting shorter if they did that everyday.

    No, it's about 120-140 per day.

    Keep in mind it's more about how efficient they are than the amount of cases per month. Historically every month receives about 2k-3k K1 cases and USCIS used to process them in about 6 months.     June is huge. There are about 3100 cases still pending. It used to be about 3500-3700 total.

    I think their tendency is to move to the next month as soon as 80% or a bit more is processed.

    I think these are updated for July at least, movements have been pretty slow, mostly withdrawals being sent to USCIS. It's not worth scanning now, but it certainly would be as soon as they reach June. Someone always comes up with daily updates, I would if I knew how to code. I keep an eye on the first week of July as it's my NOA1 range, through case tracker app.

    As they're currently processing April and May, you can check their forums about the daily pace. It's about 100 to 150 cases per day, but that really varies. Folks are receiving their NOA2 with 390-410 days of waiting, which is about the 13 months average uscis says in their website.

    Each month has about 2k to 3k cases, approximately.

    There's the randomness factor and also if they're related to the military (as they have privileges in uscis processing) or if they called an efficient congressman (sometimes a few of them manage to have some influence at the processing time).

    I used and even though they were initially helpful, they stayed with our papers during 4 weeks, we could be an early June case and ended up being a July case.
