    Has anyone ever called uscis about the shipment of your case to the NVC? Searching for someone that could talk about the experience, if it helps or not. Still waiting for my case to arrive at the NVC (asking this on both August and July groups).

    How often does uscis mail the cases to the NVC? I wonder how long it will take for them to receive my papers. Tired of dealing with uscis they are a nuisance from start to finish.

    Let's keep the faith! They have just started July, by the end of September most of us would have been approved already! We're seeing the finish line, guys!

    The day before I saw here that they were touching my group! So the next day I kept checking uscis website and also the app case tracker sent me a notification.

    Up to 500, but there's no way of only getting I129F when tracking. But once it's done, you can click on only K1s for both charts and list.

    Through case track app, but others probably do so through coding.

    Two rfes today at the 107 range (1074xx and 1071xx). Don't know if there were others, as I don't know how to code and scan the whole July range.

    Yeah, I agree. Folks are being approved around the 430 days mark.

    No worries! Appreciative of your scans! Came across this one as I usually scan close to my own case. I think they might start July for real by the last week of August.

    Say technical issues when speaking to a bot in order to talk to a real agent.

    I've seen simple cases taking less than 2 weeks. The thing though is that uscis is unreliable. If I'm not mistaken they have up to 60 days to reply to your rfe. Hope you get approved soon!

    Most often is due to filling the form wrongly or paying an incorrect fee. Also not paying attention to the K1 visa requirements as having seen the partner in the last two years.

    I don't think they charge for expedite.

    They should reply up to 60 days, so they say. Did they tell you what evidence they need?

    I've seen cases being expedited on that basis, you should try.

    I often think about this, how come the legal route is not rewarded?? Honestly this is absurd.

    July 2 here, nothing yet. Guess our turn will come mid-August, hopefully.

    What about contacting a representative/congressman? I don't know, keep flooding them with inquiries and emails, insist and fight. They're the worst, I'm really sorry about this.
