    My visa also got issued today! I interviewed in December and they received my docs by mail Jan 10. I hope everyone gets theirs asap!

    My status changed from Refused to Ready today so hopefully that means they have at least looked at my case! Any updates on yours?

    HI! I had to mail mine in due to an apparent glitch in their system & my case (so frustrating!!) but they all got delivered there on jan 10. When did you upload yours?

    Hi! We first submitted for CR1 back in October 2020 and are now waiting for our docs to be approved at the consulate after our interview. Its honestly hard to say if 12 months would be reasonable bc of delays. I would guess it may be slightly longer than that but I am always optimistic!

    When did you mail your docs to the consulate. I had a terrible time at my interview early dec (they basically told me i was a liar bc of a fault in their system) and I have had to send all my docs in again to the consulate. I am sick of waiting for this and on them.

    Hi all, I submitted all my docs to NVC last week but when I check the case status is only says it has received my DS-260. In my portal everything says submitted so I think it is ok? I just dont want to make sure everything has gone through and I am not just sitting here waiting and there is an error. Thanks for your help.

    Hi everyone, I recently submitted all my docs to NVC. My husband is active duty military and has an upcoming deployment. We have submitted an expedite request to NVC but have not yet heard anything back. Do you think calling and explaining the situation will help? Or I should call my embassy? Will that help speed things up? This whole process has taken so long and we are on a really tight deadline with deployment looming.
