I just got approved today!! NOA1 was on November 2. I’m hoping that it won’t take long to get to NVC/to El Salvador!

We got our case approved today.

we were able to fix it! hit another snag though - VJ limits my uploads so i had to delete previous pics to create more size allowance. if anyone needs previous data, just shoot me a message! 
 
this week wasn't great - they only looked at an avg. of 50 cases a day. on the bright side, we've crossed 1/3 approved for the month of October! there's about equal percentages of approved and pending now, and RFE's only make up about 1/4 of the total cases. USCIS has also now looked at/approved a case from every single day of October! hopefully that means they start working through the rest of the pending cases from this month

hi all! so sorry i haven't posted any updates this week. we ran into an issue with our data collection tool after a software update and are trying to fix it now. not entirely sure how long it'll take (i'm not the programmer of us 2 lol) but hope to be up and running at least this upcoming week!

Strong average between Tuesday and Wednesday.  Might see 70% before the end of the week after all.  Lots of cases accepted all over the month. Only 79 more cases to cross over 2000 cases processed milestone. 


 

Your noa2 will be confirmed when you stop waiting. My fiance and I had made a decision and we believed that noa2 would be approved without rfe. We promised each other that we wouldn't do noa2 checks and we got the confirmation one day after that day   I advise you too, standby energy slows things down, this is the rule of the universe 🙏

Hang in there. I was just approved today and I'm also October 28.

1 case accepted today (1 moved out of accepted, again), 13 cases moved into 'In Processing' from RFE.  Things seem to have slowed down;  I think I am probably going to start posting updates less frequently with things starting to move at a glacial pace.

Congrats  and Happy Birthday, I am sure that was a lovely B-day gift.

one less working day bc of Memorial Day, but they still looked at about 70 cases a day which is decent. October is also finally under the 50% pending mark!
 
some weird things to note: Oct-20 was relatively untouched this week and Oct-23 was completely skipped. not sure what's happening there since they've even looked at end of the month filers. hopefully, they'll look at those 2 dates next week in addition to the end of the month.
 
based on what we saw with September filers, USCIS will move their focus onto November filers soon, and leftover October progress will slow. guessing we've got a few weeks until that happens though!

i know i normally do a mid-week update, but it seems there's been relatively little change so far this week (likely due to the holiday + extended vacations), so i'm just planning to do an update at the end of the week! hopefully there will be more to report on by then

sorry for the delayed post! was out of town this weekend, but finally got round to updating last week's numbers.
 
overall, it was a really really good week in terms of progress: avg. 93 cases processed per day compared to only 59 the previous week. not quite double, but i'll take it lol. plus, october approved cases are nearly at 1/4 now (more than RFEs which were previously pretty even)

Period!!! So glad we are all in this together

Sheesh, I don't want to "Adult" anymore this is too much stress lol Keeping fingers crossed for all of us that filed in October to get feedback soon. Again thank you very much for the updates you post, these conversations, feedback and updates keeps me from losing it all together.
 
We we are all approved and finally in the US with our fiance it would call for a big get together and just celebrate lol 

Strong day today.  I think that September will scratch near 70% completion by the end of next week. High 60s would be more accurate.  Though as RFEs get resolved, more cases will be processed to completion (32 of the 44 cases changed today were accepted.)   Only two rows have more than 50% cases remaining with 3 rows making up over 2% of the cases remaining; No more rows make up more than 3% of the caseload, with the 28th of September making up the largest segment.
