  1. Hi now I am traveling out of USA, so I gonna back next in October. Now I have a problem seriously make me nut. When I traveled out, I took the copy of I751 extension letter, So are there anyone with experience which was fine to take the flight at the airport, because I left the original one home in USA. Need some suggestions from your guys, if the answer is no,  the US embassy can help to fix this problem? Thanks

@ValentinDai Hooray! I'm beyond happy for you. Now you can go to your trip without any worries.

@Vincent Ly Still in the early game of the game, you'll definitely get your NOA before June! Patience is the boss of this USCIS game lol.

Let's all keep in touch down the road and exchange the updates! We are CA ###-kickers. Best of luck!

Yes. Definitely a patient game!!! If not because of my flight, I would not be that crazy!! Called them three times this week. So I was ready to still fly even with one month valid GC, and I already prepared all documents again told my wife to refile to USCIS on June 1st before expired😂

CA filer here. Sent my package out on 2/11/21 by USPS, delivered on 2/12 to the Arizona PO Box, USCIS received my case on 2/16, didn't hear anything  until 4/5 I received my NOA in mail, my NOA date marked as 3/31 on the paperwork. I didn't even know when did they process my fees lol. I was told by my attorney to be patient since California Service Center is blah, swamped. She originally told me that it might take 60-90 days to get the NOA in mail, if it doesn't arrive after 90 days, then it's an abnormal situation which needs to look into. So when I got it on 4/5, I was overly thrilled lol, cuz I was not even expecting it al all.

I know it sucks, but sigh, all we can say to ourselves is, hang in there!

    Hello ,

just wanna gather all applicants from California to share information and feedback to help each other.

    my case timeline:

03/14/2021: mailed I751 application to Phoenix

    03/16/2021: FedEx delivered mail

still waiting for NOA, not cash my check at all.

so it’s normal to take such a long time in California? I am so worried about the extension letter each single day, even doubt I filled the form or check incorrect.  Urgently need the NOA to travel abroad

Update: Hello I come here again!just now I got text message from USCIS . My package was delivered on 03/15, and got text message today, I even prepared whole package again yesterday , ready to refile one week later and I called them three times...

This week I called them one time and two times on live chat, they said could not find my case in system which means they haven’t open the package at all I think. I also use Fedex, signed by F.brown? You never called them before you got updates?Hope some magic will happen to me next week.
