Her Philippine passport, her (expired) green card and the I-797 extension letter showing it's validity. Korean immigration refused to recognize the letter as valid.
That is very strange they would not let her board with just her Phillipine passport as it should not require a visa to visit South Korea per their official MOFA page. Also they state extension letters are valid on MOFA as well. I would honestly try another airline.

Wow! Tell me more about this please. Did they accept your police certificate that you added under Additional documents?
Yes they did. All documents were accepted.

Got DQ'd today for 12/16 resubmission on an rfe. I did resubmit in February in additional documents under other as the police certificate was not the full pdf version. So we kept our spot.

Are you sure? We got an RFE forfor a police certificate and submitted it on Feb 2, 2022. I would like to upload my 2021 W2 now that it’s available, and a few more recent pics of us. But I’m hesitant to do that because I don’t want us to go to the back again.
Still def a risk because others have done uploads before the 1st review and was sent to the back of the line. But I've followed all the nvc forums the last 6 months and have seen that pattern that as long you do other docs, you'll be fine. But honestly in your situation... it's not necessary unless they specifically asked for it.

I wouldn't worry. To my understanding, you get in queue at the time you submit your first document and even if you add documents later, it doesn't change your waiting time. However, after your documents are reviewed, if you get an RFE and you have to upload more documents then, you return to the end of the line. So the cut-off point is when your documents are reviewed by the NVC.
However if you do get an rfe and upload after the rfe upload in the others section, it is the same thing where it will not push you to the back-- for those that may have that question.

Hi, Where did you see that review date was not changed? How can I know when my exact review date is?
They are talking about the submission date. It did not change and stayed the same date as when they initially submitted the documented when it was rejected. This is normal when you upload and submit for an rfe for required docs.

Hopefully, we will be seeing some December submissions come through in the next week or so. I had an RFE in December and resubmitted then. I did do another resubmission in the "other" section last month, but hopefully, it kept me still in the same place in line as others have experienced, whether it was their first submission or replies to RFEs.
Good luck all!

You have to click Submit on the top right for the "uploaded" to turn into "submitted".

HI guys, Do you guys know if they approve cases when the petitioner have a combination of W2 and 1099(unemployment benefits)? Because of the Covid- I temporary was unemployed- but when I filed taxes I was still over the poverty line. Now i am re-employed back with the same employer and sent a letter plus the most current pay stubs. As well, I uploaded a saving account as a proof of assets. I am freaking put cause I dont know if that is gonna be enough.
I also sent in my W2 which included unemployment benefits. They accepted the paperwork and stated that I may need a co-sponsor and it is up to the discretion of the officer that interviews my spouse. I have seen on the forums that as long as you can provide 6 months of paystubs of your current job, they tend to accept it wothout the co-sponsor.

Took a screenshot. I uploaded new stuff today and have not submitted those yet. Just thought it was weird that the RFE on the required docs did not show the new upload dates in December.

I took a screenshot of what it looks like. I uploaded some new documents today (I haven't submitted those yet), but that is when I noticed the RFEs I submitted in the required document section still had the uploaded date of the original but show as submitted.

For my I130, I received an RFE within the NVC stage December 16th. I reuploaded and it shows the resubmitted documents with the new comments I added but the submission date still shows the original of September 22, 2021. Is that normal? I also know I hit the submit button, so I have no idea why it still shows the original submission date for the RFEs. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

Same! 22nd for me.

I belong to a fb group for Colombia cases and someone got a DQ for a September 23rd submission.
