Sweet! I’m so nervous and uneasy. People is getting NOA1 except me...
I think my fiance put wrong phone number on G-1145 so I guess we can’t get NOA1 by text..
I've heard that people fill in G-1145 and then still don't get the notice by text and get the one by mail straight away. We filed with a lawyer and they didn't even fill G-1145 out, we found our number by calling USCIS ourselves because everyone in December filers was getting their number and I was freaking out that we hadn't. The lady at USCIS told us our number. 2 days later the notice came in the mail.

Just bumping this up - how is everyone going?
-
We did credit card, no issues. They are speeding up with NOA1's apparently now. Your time will come soon
-
You can call USCIS, when you get the robotic voice asking you what you are calling for, say you have lost your case number. That worked for us. Did you file the form to be notified by electronic means? Sometimes they totally ignore that form and just send the paper version (official version) of NOA1 which takes about a week longer anyway. Another way to tell is if you notice your credit card has been charged $535 or your money order has been cashed.
We filed in December 2020 and it took almost exactly 3 months for us. I would give it around 6-8 weeks before you get too worried. It will be ok

Quick question about the timeline estimates the VisaJourney gives you on your timeline: is the "adjudicated between" statement the estimate of when we will have visa in hand or when the NOA2 will come? For example my timeline says this: Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between September 25, 2021 and October 6, 2021*.
NOA2 I'm fairly sure

Does that include the interview time? Or just for the case to travel from NVC to consulate?
Interview time would depend on how backlogged your consulate. Many embassies have been closed all of 2020 so they would need to clear through all the couples scheduled for 2020 before starting anyone scheduled for 2021.
However they just announced that consulates need to clear backlogs!! So hopefully they all catch up -

If we are getting our NOA2 soon, how long is NVC gonna take approximately?
We are done being separated too, going to a third country to be together while we wait for the interview invitation.
Depends on the consulate in your country. From USCIS to NVC should take around 3 weeks, but then if your embassy is closed/not doing routine K1 processing, your case will sit at NVC until the embassy opens and clears the backlog from 2020 and so far 2021.
If your embassy is open, the NVC should send your petition within 6 weeks I would say. That is what we are anticipating

They received my application on Feb 24. I just got the NOA1 in the mail today. The notice date said March 23. They cashed my check on March 24. They did not send me text or email even though I filed G-1145, E-Notification of Application/ Petition Acceptance

I had no issues with Moderna. I also have little to no underlying issues and never get sick. My beneficiary is going to skip the Astra. I’m able to get them the Moderna vaccine moment they can get here of course. Very grateful for access. September 14s are just not updating quick enough though. 🙄
Good call. I would avoid AstraZ tbh after the experience I had. But tbh the nurse just said its because im younger so I have a more robust immune system that's just going gung-ho about building my response.
Weirdly, felt like death yesterday enough to go to the ER. Today, feel 300% fine. -

In Sydney by any chance? I got AstraZeneca on Monday evening and I’ve had a massive fever and headache since! Ended up in the ER today 😔
thanks for putting this table together 🥳

December 28th is when they ‘started processing’. Same as us

sending application December 14, 2020, receiving December 22, receiving receipt number march 4, 2021 nothing change since then
We are December filers, Dec 28th is our NOA1. We aren’t expecting any updates until at LEAST mid June and that’s thinking positively. Hang in there

Excellent! So glad they have caught up. That 3 months was so nerve-wracking

I'll post an update when I hear anything from USCIS or when I see the filing fee check has been cashed.
So far, I mailed my I-129f packet on February 16th (with form G-1145 attached). At the same time I sent my fiancé an exact replica to Australia (with some extras ). She received it March 10th.
So, there are a little over 3 weeks left until I hit 60 days processing time. Does anyone know if your I-129f will appear in the myUSCIS account? I found this site to file an e-request but not sure how the lockbox communicates with USCIS.https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?sroPageType=onpt
If you filed an e-notice form with your petition then you will receive a text message with the receipt date and the official hard copy will come within a few weeks after that in the mail
We filed end Dec and it took almost exactly 3 months for us to get NOA1 hard copy (never got at text even though we filed the e-notice form). It looks like they are picking up on filing speed so I feel like it could be about 4-6 weeks for you Feb filers
-
Took us 2 months exactly (for the text messages and nearly 2.5 for the hardcopy in the mail) and we filed end December. I'm assuming it may be around 2 months now as they seem to be working through the backlog. Could be more, could be less.
Join the March 2021 filers group and you can chat to others who will have a similar timeline to you

Mailed ours and Post Office confirmed delivery November 13. Still no NOA1 😢
😕 that’s definitely way too long. Try calling USCIS and say ‘I’ve lost my case number’ when you get the robot voice asking you what you’re calling about.
we filed December 23 and received ours 3 weeks ago, so November 13 is way overdue.
I hope you get it soon!

Thank you! Are they able to confirm whether or not they are processing when you call them? I’ll definitely give them a call first thing tomorrow
I don’t think so, he says all the lady said was ‘ok’ asked DOB, address and full name and gave him the number and he wrote it down. A week later we got our paper copy in the mail

Not that I can see..really beginning to worry we’ve wasted 3 months
I’m sure not! So I asked my fiancé how he got through the robot at USCIS, he said he pressed ###### a LOT then when the robot asked how it could help he kept saying ‘I lost my number’
Might be worth a try he called 8am EST on the dot and got through immediately. He is in Nashville so called at 7am his time so factor that in. Good luck!

Hi all!
Newly made account although have been following for a while - we submitted our application on 12/08 and still have not heard back? Anyone else in this situation still? should we resubmit or wait it out much longer?
Has the filing fee money been taken from your account? If it has then the notice is coming
Otherwise I would maybe think about calling USCIS. There’s apparently a way to get past the robot, I’m not sure what it is but someone else may know?

Fire your lawyer right away before he messes up any further. Your lawyer should have known this since this is what they do for living. What to select in Q5 is covered in many videos on youtube for how to fill I-129F.
We know this, thank you.

Isn't question 5 "If you are filing to classify your spouse as a K-3, have
you filed Form I-130?"
It's a yes or no, but if you are classifying spouse as K-1 (previous question) then I don't see a need to answer this question. Answering it would then assume you are classifying spouse as K3.
This is the question the lawyer did not select 5d 🤦🏽♀️🤬

Of course Im not 100% sure which number my fiance called (he is the petitioner) but when he got through to the robot voice asking why he was calling he said 'i have lost my case number' and it transferred him to a person. I believe some people have also got through saying 'I am locked out of my account'.
Take a deep breath, it will be ok If something has gone wrong with your application e.g. payment or something, they will send it back usually within 1-2 weeks. They will not make you wait ages for NOA1 just to reject it. So chances are it will be ok
