  1. You can't collect SSI while living outside the US. Columbia has no jurisdiction in the US so any court order isn't enforceable here. If the child is his he should do the right thing and give it US citizenship at the very least.
  2. My advice is wait to add him to any properties. Given his charges now that he has assets the victims family may file a wrongful death suit and get a judgement against everything he owns. Not to mention his court fines. Don't mix finances and talk to an account about filing separate but married. That's just my 2 cents
  3. On a side note I don't think this matters. There's 23 years difference between my husband and I and not once dis it come up during our immigration journey.
  4. You're getting some shady advice on your question. If your girlfriend comes to the US on a tourist visa with intent to get married, that is immigration fraud. Virtual weddings are also questionable. Check your local laws as most states will not recognize a marriage where both parties were not physically present. Immigration will also question this. What you want to do is apply for the K-1 Visa, which is a fiance visa and allows her to come to the US legally, you two marry and she will adjust her status here in the US. Make sure she brings all her documents like birth certificate.
