SK2020 reacted to Greenbaum in OCTOBER 2020 K-1 NOA2 to NVC to EMBASSY
You are seeing all the signs of an approved visa.
1. They told her she was approved.
2. They kept her passport
3. They didn't issue a 221(g) Request for Evidence (RFE) at the interview
4. Ceac has moved to AP
5. These are all signs that I outline in my PDF on the first page first post of this thread.
That's what I think. Now please join me in a little

First thanks for sharing your P3 letter as I had an old one from 2015. I can share to help others. Thanks for giving back to the community.
Here is what the maximum information for the submittal of financials for your interview. Each embassy is different, and I recommend that you refer to the P3 for what your embassy is asking for. If in doubt more is better in this situation. Stick with what is in the P3 and ignore the "outside noise" unless they can produce documentation that says otherwise. Just my experience.
EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form I-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should present (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form I-134. Both the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return transcripts. W2 form and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g., letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, the value of properties, etc.). You may download the I-134 affidavit at https://www.uscis.gov/i-134. Bank statements in place of a letter from the bank will work just fine. Print the statement that shows the opening balance for a month and the closing balance for that month. Do that for 12 months—no need to print off all pages of a bank statement.
Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here:
https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript
Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p
There is no fee for the I-134, Affidavit of Support.

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community those who come behind you. Without others ahead of you I would not be able to provide this to you. I can only share factual information if folks like you continue to be my eyes and ears for your embassy. I wish you much success in your visa journey.

Your question is embassy specific. SA requires the appointment letter from them before you are able to schedule your medical. Your embassy states the following from their P3 letter:
Medical Examinations In order to complete the Immigrant Visa application process, all applicants must receive a medical examination from one of the US Embassy-approved panel physicians. Applicants must present their appointment letter found below to the physician.
Before you can schedule you must have an appointment letter from the embassy. Also, in the SA P3 letter it states that you must do the following:
When you have obtained all the items which apply to you as noted above, DS-160 confirmation page(s) (and any eligible children applying for K-4 visas) and two photographs (5cmX5cm with background) page with a copy of your passport(s) to the Embassy via SMSA courier service.

Hello, March filers. As you can see, there's been movement again this week. 118 new approvals for March (9 more than last week) and 72 new RFEs (one of which is mine 😅) That's movement on 190 cases in the last 7 days - compared to 150 last week. That snowball will get bigger and bigger! So the total approved K-1s for March now stands at 327! (please remember to delete the photo if you 'quote reply' to this message)

I have a NOA-1 of March 9, 2020 - I recieved the online notice of my NOA-2 approval on September 29th. I haven't gotten it in the mail yet, but I was checking online religiously every day for at least a week leading up to that. Your time is coming everyone, on to the NVC!

It's soon to be your favourite time of the week - "March Cases update time"
As you can see, The USCIS Case Tracker shows 209 March approved Cases - that's 100 new approvals since last weekend.
138 RFEs outstanding - which is 50 more than last week
193 Rejections, which is 5 less than last week (perhaps they were contested or corrected)
But there's definitely movement!
I started at 1:10am UK time (I re-set my body clock to live on eastern time) and it took just about 2 hours to update... I think I have a system in place to get it done in a little over an hour and 30 minutes next week!
Stay strong. Stay positive. Our time is coming!

I had some time to kill yesterday and today... So I went onto the USCIS Case Tracker and listed all K-1s submitted in March... It'll be easy for me to update each week..
Just something to pass the time whilst waiting 😆😅

Congratulations! The date is very encouraging
OMG.. That would make you a February filer, I know their still processing those cases, your's is so overdue that it should be any day now.
I would agree with the slacker reasoning, since many USCIS employees are working from home, I can see one of them now, waking up at 10am, sitting on the toilet for an hour, then going to the kitchen for breakfast, stuffing his face with cookies and coke, then its off to the family room searching for the TV and Xbox remotes under piles of Twinke, Ding dong wrappers and Playboy magazines, after playing Minecraft for a few hours, he decides to go to work, walks to his room with a bag of Fritos in hand, logs into USCIS to process a petition that was filed in December of 2019, after he processes that, he calls it a day by going to a massage parlor after a long days work... This is the guy processing my petition, I just know it.
