Did you file that you are outside processing time or contacted Ombudsman?

In my humble opinion, the I-751 should be totally eliminated.  By my calculations, less than 5% of all I-751s are actually denied.  Even the I-751 interview waiver process is flawed.....

Did anyone see this frikn update? 24 months now instead of 18 months! fml. This is such bullshit. THey should just waive interviews and get this going already.

Starting Sept. 4, 2021, USCIS is extending the time that receipt notices can be used to show evidence of status from 18 months to 24 months for petitioners who properly file Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, or Form I-829, Petition by Investor to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status

Or the first "conditional" green card could be valid for 4 years, or 5 for that matter...

It says 13months for me too, currently in Oregon. When you search the times for Oregon in the general search it says 12-15mths, but we are moving to South Carolina and there it says 6-12mths.... Am going to change our address as soon as we finish the biometrics on June 4th. Don't want to risk changing it before that in case it confuses them.

I got 12th months in SC....

my window will open tomorrow, so I was wondering to wait till Monday  or it is ok to submit on weekend?

Seeing your post the 18th is Sunday and you got the biometric reuse on the same day, it means online applications get received and processed initially automatically somehow!

It is okay to submit on the weekend but don't be too eager and submit it at midnight😉. It has to be past midnight Hawaii time.

Just wanted to share my timeline with my fellow April filers! I’ve Been a perm. resident for over 5 yrs. Good luck to everyone!!

    Filed N400 on April 1, 2021 - Online

Received biometrics reuse letter & NOA on April 2, 2021 (emails)

    Local office: Nashville, TN

It starts to feel that I am the only person that has to do the biometrics again... and they took it just 3 months ago🙄🙄😑

My window opens next week so I’m planning to apply then. Do we need to upload supporting documents? It’s seems vague looking at what others have done so far.

thanks for getting back to me!

There are a few of "mandatory documents that have to be uploaded" but the extra ones can be added even after submitting the application. You can start your draft application 30 days ahead of your eligibility date. It's a very easy and self explanatory process!

SRC I-751 Case here filed April 1, 2020 and my case has only updated with my old biometrics. No other updates for 286 days.

I know lots of people have already received their 10 year GCs (including folks who filed as recently as November 2020) but I'm really frustrated. I filed my N-400 application last week even though my I-751 has not been adjudicated yet.

Anyone else want to report back on their progress?

I will as well call again around the 22nd of February for my 2nd e-request. I still don’t know anything about that missed notice. I’m just wondering about my missed appointment and the many contradictory things surrounding it.
I realized that the 1st Tier 2 thought I filed “around the 8th of July (nope-it was 06/29) and the second Tier 2 tells me I will be rescheduled automatically after a missed appointment.. (wha?!), unheard of. She also sent me an email afterwards regarding “we talked about your inquiry regarding the online filing system”. Nope!
This is too much for me.

    It is beyond frustrating...

Aug 21st case received no reply yet MSC filer from PHX Arizona. i sent an inquiry that was supposed to get reply 4 days ago and no reply yet too. USCIS is a joke

I got my biometrics late December (April filer) so unfortunately you are within "New normal" time frame (extremely frustrating, I know). I doubt it that they will process any inquires now (mine are still pending (not assigned to be processed) , including the one from September...) .

I had mail resent to uscis on the 5th of Jan and inquired, if it might be the biometrics appt. notice. Two request for resending the notice have not been answered. I had two tier 2’s call me back, one said  case is still pending and nothing is scheduled and he didn’t know what was sent. Another one called me back to tell me that I missed a bio appt on the 28th if Dec. and that USCIS will reschedule (I don’t think so). I asked my congressperson to inquire. Their office tells me it might take another 30-45 days. I’m so over it. Even if they call you back.. doesn’t mean you get a correct or useful answer. It seems like there are two cases with my case number or they got something mixed up. It seems utterly chaotic.

Thank you for sharing although you reinforced my biggest fears.. Fingers crossed that your Congress person will help. I guess we all shall go that way and raise awareness among them...

It doesn't cost anything, but getting an appointment in COVID times was a struggle. They don't set up Infopass appointments online anymore, so you have to call, and then have a super legit reason to get a stamp. Usually it's valid for a year, but because of my exceptional luck I got mine for only 6 months, so that's possible too.

Thank you, that's very informative. Good luck with your case...

Sooooo has anyone tried to reach USCIS over the phone in the last 2 days? I just tried since my husband is finally home on a week day and all I got was the automated voice who refused to let me talk to anyone, kept trying to email me links and ultimately said she can't help and hung up on me .... twice!!! I feel the need to drink and its only 8am..... lol

This is the number I used: 800-375-5283

    Say " I have a technical problem"😇

We just got an update from USCIS. We still haven’t got the biometrics done or applied. However, they have transferred our case yesterday after a long wait.

Is this a positive sign? Or do we start at the back of the line again? Anybody else suddenly get their case transferred after a long wait? Our filing was with WAC.

    Here is what it said:

On January 20, 2021, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC2XXXXX, to another USCIS office.

Most likely your case will get transferred to NBC and put ahead of the queue. I would read it as a good news!

For us calling is a problem as they always want to speak to my husband (He is the one with the green card) or at least just have him say "you can speak to my wife" and there is no way to just have me listed as the person to talk to. So we always have to wait till he has week days off to call. He has vacation in a week so we will just call every day and see if we can push some progress. Just crazy if they don't inform you about your biometrics..... Thanks for the info

There is also a chat available I believe
