Your PCC will probably show up tomorrow, but if not -it's also not a big deal. Even if you send it tomorrow-your case could be complete somewhere next week, and it's after their cutoff date for interview anyway. So , relax you definitely will have your interview in Nov, but now one more week or one less week does not really make a difference.

Let me break the "bad news day" with my great news!!!

Just heard these magic "Case Complete" words!!!! As of Sept 12!

That IS a big relieve!!!! As you know I indeed sent a copy of Police Certificate, not the Original, and was worrying about possible RFE, also I finished filling DS230 at 3 AM, totally exhausted of doing that (writing and re-writing it, I spoiled 3 signed by my husband copies, and the one I sent was the last one, was worrying that my handwriting is ugly, and pen was just ordinary one...) So a lot of worries for nothing :-))))) Thanks God!!!

Do you think I have a chance to be scheduled for interview for October? Would be a wish come true for me!!!!

Oh forgot one more answer to your question . After your AOS Fee shows PAID, print barcode sheet from payment site (you will see that option after bill will be in Paid status), and then you can send 864 with that even at the same day as you see AOS fee Paid

For 3032 barcode read Jame's shortcuts (specific to 3032 barcode generation) . It fairly easy, even if it sounds complicated at first. Just do steps precisely. Then print barcode , then cut it with scissors and glue it to the place for bar code on the hard copy of 3032. Very calming job to do while waiting for next steps :-)

According to the automated service, my case was completed at NVC on August 19 but she only received the packet yesterday. I havent received anything but will call to schedule an appointment today.

So, apparently as I suspected NVC schedules interviews not only 2 nd week of the month for the following month.

Aug 19th was 3 rd week of Aug.

Yep, the operator confirmed that both packages were entered into the system on Sept 5, and gave me the carbon copied '2-4 weeks for review' reply.

This is exactly what I've heard from them, the same dates Sept, 5 as entered everything in a system. I think that on Friday (would be a week since they have entered it) I will call them again and find out of possible finish of reviewing, or God forbid possible RFE. Usually they have that info in a week after it was entered. What do you think, CHD?

I NEVER give up, mate! I would even call up until 11:59:59, not that they would answer though. LOL

Anywyas, I just got off with speaking with operator. I called about 30 times in 5 minutes, getting busy signal, or transfered back to automated line, before I was put into the queue to speak with operator. Got the wonderful Kate and she let me know that they have finished reviewing everything and every thing has been accepted...my case will be complete in a day or two. YIPEEEEEE!

My latest updates:

Called again just now and because it's related to a discussed a lot PCC couldn't wait to share. I did send a copy of that, not original. My husband sent it to me 2 weeks ago, but with lot of different hiccups for me in that process it got misrouted, and almost returned to Ukraine again. I was so anxious to send everything in, and honestly was thinking that it would be lost ,that just mailed a copy of that (he send it to me by email).

And be prepared :-)) again to a new (really?? ) information...or misinformation :

Karla (her name) was soooo nice and not in hurry at all. She even laugh with me when I told her a story of mail adventures of our PCC, so I told her that I sent a copy, but just now got the original and can send it at any time, she told me that NOW they accepting a copy of that and it would not be a problem if everything else is fine. It were her exact words. Other then that she repeated that both AOS and 230 were just entered in a system on Friday and now under 2-4 weeks review. Soooo ,again something new about PCC?? How we survive these different answers??

By the way my AVR still states that case is not found in the system.. What a joke!

That is a Joke, truely is!

My AVR says at least they have received my DS-3032 and entered into NVC system.

NVC seems to be confusing, specially if you have a request or a complicated case there is no way for your to get a straight forward answer from these people.

Atleast you have your DS-230 filed already, I wish I had all the dox to send them.

Dear nimche...you think that to send everything in -it is a relief?? No!!! The minute you send it you feel some relief for may be 1 hour, and then you starting to count days until they receive it, enter it , worries about possible RFEs, how to find out about it fast..., and waiting for words;" case complete... I don't feel any relief now..., I would say it was better time when you doing something, preparing, sending..., everything is better then straight wait and wait and more wait....

I just called and was hopefully to hear that at least my AOS package was already accepted (I mean reviewed already), I am worrying because I did not send Tax Transcripts (ordered them, but it took about 8 days to send me something that I did not order -tax return of my ex husband, they, IRS, completely screwed on that..., separate story..) So I did not have guts to wait again and sent 1 year of electronic copy. However I did not get calming words from NVC other then status-mail received and staff about 2-4 weeks to review...(I sent already both I-864 and DS 230), and could not get a word about what in particular was recieved... Will cal tonight again...

I'm actually a little behind you I think. I may have sent my packages out earlier, but since they came from Canada 'express' means 3 business days. They were just delivered to NVC yesterday. I may call tonight just to confirm that they are recieved, but I may just wait until Monday to check up on it. We'll see how I feel when I get home tonight.

Pozdravlyayu Ilya! I suspected that! Did they say on what day they got your case? In about 2 days after they got it you may start bugging them about your IIN

For those who is waiting their NVC number (Shpat, Ilya) -never, ever relay on automated system. Mine is a champion of misinformation! I am already done with sending all documents in, done with all payments, and my recording stil says "Case not found in a system". I never heard anything different than that. Only try to get live person, even if you are calling every day.

nimche, don't worry about status "NOT PAID" I had it and CHD as well. As Fedup told it could be taken from your account on the next business day.

AOS bill as become available online and I am going to pay it now.

Of course I have my worries with me all the time while in that process ,about possible RFE's. Not everything I could get perfect, hoping (and praying) that they accept it the way it is.

USPS Express is ok, do not worry, USPS either deliver again on business day, or NVC will pick it up, they do USPS mail runs in any case.

Very relieved to hear this. Last thing I want to stress out over is my lost package.

Check online to see if it was delivered today. I sent something that was delivered on Saturday...it was picked up on the Monday.
