help me out guys, I filed K1 for my fiance who just had a baby. My case is in transit and I am sure we will get interview soon. My question is that as a US citizen, do I add the baby as K2 or should I apply passport for the baby? What is the best way to get the baby to come with the mother? Thank you.

Hello guys, I am in a serious predicament. I am currently a 3rd year med student and just received NOA2 for K1. The problem is that I didn’t work last year so I didn’t file. I have however picked up some job at UPS to help me take in some money. My school offers me federal loan tuition refund of about 20k per semester so almost 35k per year which is how most medical students service since we can’t work. What can I do to meet the poverty line? I know I could use co sponsor but can I be able to get a letter from employer and also tell them I get roughly 35K from school which can help support until I graduate? Help me, am so lost! Thanks

How are embassies able to find out if people get married secretly while filing for K1? or do they find out when people end up disclosing pictures on their file?

i am asking for a friend who had a small traditional marriage in Ghana and scared embassies may find out later

As the title says, with backlog at embassies, would it be better to apply CR1 instead?

I applied K1 in August but I doubt we would even get interview anytime next year

I have read lots of mixed reviews here with some suggesting divorce and others suggesting single. Which one if preferential? My cousin has chosen single and I told him it is rather divorce but I could be wrong. Chip in please

So I started dating my fiance from 2016 but it didnt work being long distance. In 2018 we broke up and couple of months later I started talking to another girl. I eventually married that girl last year but she cheated on me a month later and I left her. I started talking to my now fiance again and I realized that I truly loved her but the only challenge was the long distance. I traveled to see her during Christmas and we had an amazing time together. Since I really like her and I want to spend the rest of my life with her I was thinking filing K1 will help bring her here so we can build life together. I am divorced and free to marry. Will my divorce have any future recursions? Thank  you
