Any date change and did they have her passport,I guess if date changed, and now status change meaning they're working on it and got ur paperwork hope for the best my relatives even have approval white paper and waiting for passport for 2 months status just change from ready to refused yesterday. God help us all don't know what ISL EMBASSY is doing to poeple in this painful journey so angry 😡 don't have any words. Good luck 🤞

sometimes this week or end of the month usually they announce interview letters. Also poodena check your ceac status to see if it’s in transit or still stay at nvc since yours is just one month away. Usually for male they take a while to be in administration processing. Hopefully inshallah they will get issued soon.

My wife had an interview on 4/12 CO give them white slip 221(g)  ( ticked with passport , previous divorce certificate of petitioner ) which she submitted through courier on 4/13. 
CEAC status still show Refused , with date update on 4/17. 
Any experience or idea what to expect next or time frame 

Did they kept her passport , bc change date means they updated and I heard sometimes after refused status says issued so hope for the best and let us know when you get her Visa.🤞any one knows better please share.

Unfortunately no way except painful waiting and nothing yet for us they're  dealing with skipped May,June 21 and up til July 15 , that's what I know so let's hope and pray. laziest and worst embassy of all.😠

No still DQ is June 4 2021 in ISL embassy, it's so cruel of ISL embassy that they're going so slow, now we have no clue if they'll go faster or not we're in this painful journey since 2019  God knows when ??  I open this thread so all stuck  in ISL EMBASSY share info bw members so Please fill your timeline so all members here can help each other.thx.🙏🏽

@howmuchlonger! Yes that's true with your American passport u can live as much as u wants just make sure that  u have joint sponsor or go get job before interview bc you have to give AOS with your paystubs at interview  to show them you can sponsor your husband or wife, that's my understanding if anyone knows otherwise please share.thx.

bcoz i read that if couple marriage time is more than two years then they will be in IR1 category and if their wedding time is not long than two years then their visa category will be CR1 ….  Guide and satisfy me about that bro

 

Yes after exactly the date and year of your 2 years of marriage or the filed date of I 130 spouse visa application NVC change it into IR1 you don't have to do anything it's automatically change. If this helps. Good luck 🤞 please fill your timeline so we all can get help each other.thx

If you are IR1/CR1 category then no nothing will come in from ISL EMBASSY till your DQ time come now they're doing interviews of DQs 4June 2021 in April 2023 so you can figure , but if any other category then I don't know someone can share here if they know.please fill your timeline so all members can help each other. Thanks for sharing. there's a very good info given on YouTube by Ramsha Khan her blog is Karachi to Michigan something like that someone told me she's very helpful for interview prep and giving info about which DQ are getting letters u can check if you want.
